From start to finish, they walked me through what was needed financially and the day of the repair. The guys were awesome! I had 17 piers done and it required them to remove and replace bushes, drill into concrete, and even put a pier in the middle of my bedroom! I know that sounds like a lot. Great company and they really know what they're talking about. I purchased a house that had an existing warranty from them on previous work they had done. I was able to transfer the warranty over pretty easily and had them come out to reverify the status of everything. Heath was very knowledgeable and helpful. What a great company to do business with. I called Texas Foundation Experts out in 2023 to do an inspection on our home's foundation. I was first really pleased that the recommendation was to wait and NOT spend any money on repairs at that time. Heath gave me tips on what to do to make sure we kept the foundation watered properly and said to reevaluate in a year. I called him back in September and decided to do the repairs. Katy had us scheduled in just a few weeks and the work was completed in less than two days. The crew was professional, punctual, and worked hard to get it right. Texas Foundation Experts were recommended to repair my foundation by the engineers that preformed my engineering study. When I first met with the owner Heath, I knew that they were the company I wanted to repair my foundation! Heath was very upfront and knowledgeable. Heath and Katie took care of everything from beginning to end. They made sure that I knew what to expect during the process. They communicated with me every step of the way. Oscar and his team worked diligently to complete the job thoroughly and with little disturbance as possible. Heath came every day to check on everything. Once the job was completed they put everything back in place and made sure there was no mess in the yard. They also removed the old caulking and added new in my windows and at the front door. I could actually see immediate results! They also commissioned a plumber to test my water and sewer lines to verify that there was no damage. They also commissioned the engineers that did my study to come test the final result. This process has been as pleasant an experience that I have ever had with construction companies! We just had TFE out here to level our very uneven pier & beam. The owner Heath is very thorough & came to check on the progress all 3 days it took to level our house. The crew was great, very professional & got the job done right. My youngest son was following around the job leader & it was adorable. Very kind guy, both the team leader & Heath & our house is finally level! They also found a leak in our plumbing which would cause further shifting underneath the house & we are so grateful! He explained I actually didn't need foundation work and gave me a more reasonable solution. I had 2 other quotes done that were over 10K.This company could have sold me foundation work because with this being my first home I am relatively uneducated on these subjects. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Heath. I called Heath 1 week ago with concerns of having foundation issues. I explained my issue and concerns and we immediately scheduled an inspection. Once we scheduled it was all a waiting game to find out how much it was going to be. Heath arrived on time and even let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he had a mask on and stayed several feet away while talking. He explained solutions to my concerns and even identified other future problems. Based on my situation he offered advice and suggested that his service wasn't overall needed. These are the types of people I love to advocate for. People that understand that upselling is only a now compared to offering advice which leads to lasting customers/advocates (current review). Solely based on customer service. I cannot speak for their work. This was my 3rd quote request from a foundation company. First, this company took several days to respond to my request for a quote. A representative comes in to my home and is out less than 15 minutes and asks for the paperwork from another company that had done previous foundation work to see what they did. Although there may be a good reason for this request it wasn't explained and it left my family unsure about doing business with them. Also, the representative did not bring equipment like the other prior foundation companies had done. read more

I requested a quote to have my foundation looked at, since we have some tiles cracking in a few places in the house.
