Not being from Texas, I had always heard about foundation movement and cracking, but I hoped I'd never have to deal with it myself. When the signs finally appeared, I did what most people do -- I researched companies with strong reviews, a long track record, and real experience with North Texas soil. After narrowing it down to three reputable companies, I had each come out to evaluate my home and explain what they believed was necessary. Out of all of them, Heath from Texas Foundation Experts stood out immediately. His hands‑on experience, clear reasoning, and ability to explain why certain repairs were needed gave me confidence that he truly understood the problem and how to fix it. From the very first call, the team at TFE made the process easier. Katy, the General Manager, was knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient as I explained my concerns. When Heath arrived, he was both confident and reassuring -- a combination that matters when you're facing a major home repair. His proposal was thorough, his price was competitive, and the company's reviews backed up everything I was seeing firsthand. Looking back, choosing Texas Foundation Experts was one of the best decisions I've made as a homeowner. The work they performed reflected exactly what they promised: professionalism, transparency, and genuine expertise. Foundation issues can be stressful, especially for someone new to Texas, but TFE turned a daunting situation into a smooth, well‑managed experience. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone dealing with foundation concerns. read more

I cannot begin to tell you how much I recommend this company! Having a foundation done is an incredibly big undertaking from both the homeowners and the contractors point of view. From start to finish, they walked me through what was needed financially and the day of the repair. The guys were awesome! I had 17 piers done and it required them to remove and replace bushes, drill into concrete, and even put a pier in the middle of my bedroom! I know that sounds like a lot. They replanted my bushes like they were never gone. Their concrete work is impeccable! I have doors closing now that haven't closed in years! Strong A+ highly recommend!!! read more

Great company and they really know what they're talking about. I purchased a house that had an existing warranty from them on previous work they had done. I was able to transfer the warranty over pretty easily and had them come out to reverify the status of everything. Heath was very knowledgeable and helpful. Dealing with expansive soils is new to me so it helps to have a company that knows what they're doing and stands behind their work. Highly recommend! read more

My wife and I could not be more pleased! Heath, Katy (home office), and Oscar (crew chief) were fantastic and their team under promised and over delivered. Not only did they have one of the lowest bids, their work was top notch. It's refreshing to see a company provide better service in these post COVID days. We had several piers placed due to our massive oaks. We also had exterior house work that needed cracks filled in. All looked amazing and completed in 2 full days. Their workers were extremely professional and respectful. Highly recommend this team! read more

What a great company to do business with. I called Texas Foundation Experts out in 2023 to do an inspection on our home's foundation. I was first really pleased that the recommendation was to wait and NOT spend any money on repairs at that time. Heath gave me tips on what to do to make sure we kept the foundation watered properly and said to reevaluate in a year. I called him back in September and decided to do the repairs. Katy had us scheduled in just a few weeks and the work was completed in less than two days. The crew was professional, punctual, and worked hard to get it right. Everything was put back exactly in its place. Financing was reasonable and the work was done right. Really pleased with the service. read more

Texas Foundation Experts were recommended to repair my foundation by the engineers that preformed my engineering study. When I first met with the owner Heath, I knew that they were the company I wanted to repair my foundation! Heath was very upfront and knowledgeable. Heath and Katie took care of everything from beginning to end. They made sure that I knew what to expect during the process. They communicated with me every step of the way. Oscar and his team worked diligently to complete the job thoroughly and with little disturbance as possible. Heath came every day to check on everything. Once the job was completed they put everything back in place and made sure there was no mess in the yard. They also removed the old caulking and added new in my windows and at the front door. I could actually see immediate results! They also commissioned a plumber to test my water and sewer lines to verify that there was no damage. They also commissioned the engineers that did my study to come test the final result. This process has been as pleasant an experience that I have ever had with construction companies! Heath has also been helpful with drainage and irrigation recommendations. I highly recommend this company and I thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone involved in this process! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my house! read more

We just had TFE out here to level our very uneven pier & beam. The owner Heath is very thorough & came to check on the progress all 3 days it took to level our house. The crew was great, very professional & got the job done right. My youngest son was following around the job leader & it was adorable. Very kind guy, both the team leader & Heath & our house is finally level! They also found a leak in our plumbing which would cause further shifting underneath the house & we are so grateful! A plumbing crew came out at no cost to see where the leak was exactly. Also, Katie who works at the office is amazing!! She is so responsive & kind! I loved talking to her as she is both very professional & personal! Highly highly recommend this company! read more

I had a new crack in home brick exterior and just knew I was going to need foundation repair again. I have not used this company previously and based calling them on Yelp reviews. The owner showed up one time within a week. I was delighted when he said that there was no need to do any repairs, except for cleaning out my gutters. I would gladly call him again if I needed foundation help. read more

If you are looking for an honest and fair foundation company, truly look no further! Ben came out to do an estimate for me. He was prompt, very respectful, honest and helpful. He explained I actually didn't need foundation work and gave me a more reasonable solution. I had 2 other quotes done that were over 10K.This company could have sold me foundation work because with this being my first home I am relatively uneducated on these subjects. However, they educated me and helped me with the solution I needed. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!! read more

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Heath. I called Heath 1 week ago with concerns of having foundation issues. I explained my issue and concerns and we immediately scheduled an inspection. Once we scheduled it was all a waiting game to find out how much it was going to be. Heath arrived on time and even let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he had a mask on and stayed several feet away while talking. He explained solutions to my concerns and even identified other future problems. Based on my situation he offered advice and suggested that his service wasn't overall needed. These are the types of people I love to advocate for. People that understand that upselling is only a now compared to offering advice which leads to lasting customers/advocates (current review). Even though I dont know their price (free concultation) I would recommend give Heath a call just for his professionalism and genuine care for others. read more

We had a drainage problem that i knew would require a French drain. I called several companies and for the few that set-up a time and provide a quote, none came close to Katie and Heath with Texas Foundation Experts. Heath offered a few options along with estimates. He never tried to up sale just took the honesty is the best approach and here are your options. I didn't waste anytime hiring Heath and his team. Within a week his crew arrived and got the job done in one day. They did an amazing job and now my neighbors have inquired about their services. I of course highly recommended Texas Foundation Experts without thinking twice about it. If I could find a way to hire them again I would do It in a minute. You guys are great and set the bar to a new level for customer satisfaction and outstanding work product. read more

Texas Foundation Experts performed a phenomenal foundation repair on my home. Heath and Katy provided excellent customer and attention to detail. My home is beautiful once again. The scope of work was completed in a timely fashion and Heath delivered on all promises, in fact he went over and beyond. The value for the scope of work was beyond reasonable. read more

Heath and the team did an exceptional job installing a french drain for us. They were professional, fast, and delivered high quality work. I worked with several companies to quote the work, but Texas Foundation Experts were hands down the most professional, knowledgeable, and high quality company. read more

Ben was very professional. He went above and beyond our expectations. These guys explain everything before they work on your foundation. After he took the measurements he explained exactly what our problem was and walked us through the process before the digging began. We needed 12 peers. There was a lot of digging and a lot of work to be done. These guys cleaned up at the end of each day and closed off the work area so our toddlers couldn't gain access to the work area. Very safe and friendly. I highly recommend these guys. They stand by their word. read more

Wonderful to work with. They came and checked out our foundation and gave up suggestions and follow ups that truly made the most sense, not what gave them the most money. read more

Solely based on customer service. I cannot speak for their work. This was my 3rd quote request from a foundation company. First, this company took several days to respond to my request for a quote. A representative comes in to my home and is out less than 15 minutes and asks for the paperwork from another company that had done previous foundation work to see what they did. Although there may be a good reason for this request it wasn't explained and it left my family unsure about doing business with them. Also, the representative did not bring equipment like the other prior foundation companies had done. read more

I appreciate the experience and advice to take care of our foundation issues. Heath has been very helpful on what steps and actions will be needed and he helped with additional resources that will be needed to do this correctly. I would recommend Heath to others. read more

I requested a quote to have my foundation looked at, since we have some tiles cracking in a few places in the house. Heath was very thorough in checking the house inside and out and found that minor issues in our drainage was likely causing the movement. He recommended we resolve those issues, but no foundation work was needed. I would recommend Texas Foundation to friends and family every day of the week! read more

Ben with Tx Foundation was very informative he answered all questions and concerns we had about the process. The crew that came out to perform the work was very professional and courteous. We are 100% satisfied with the work done. Every expectation we had for the leveling of the house was met. I would recommend this company to everyone. They did an amazing job and were very reasonably priced. 5 stars all the way around for sure! read more

If you want a true, no money grab evaluation and explanation of what you called these guys out for to inspect your home --- this is it. Ben reached out to me promptly and we setup a time that worked for us both, he came out and gave us a no-hassle, no pressure evaluation of where our foundation was at. We were nervous about the process, but after thorough explanation and awesome use of technology to show us precisely what the results of our inspection were, we have full confidence in these guys. You will not be disappointed! read more
