Overall, we had an excellent customer service experience with United Roofing. Their performance…read morefar exceeded our expectations. Also, we are we very grateful for the professionalism and managerial skills used to coordinate the successful completion of our project. We extend our appreciation to the entire team of experienced workers who were dependable and professional at performing all of the tasks we requested that gave the exterior of our home a clean and more modern appearance. We believe it was by divine providence that Stan and Kody of United Roofing showed up at our door on the very morning that the roof started leaking. They volunteered to check the roof, and took the initiative to purchase the supplies at no charge to patch the leak before it rained again. Right then and there, we knew that we wanted to work with these fellows, because they showed us genuine compassion and concern. During the process, Stan worked with us each step of the way from: providing information related to the warranty, the materials and the contract; being present during the insurance company's roof inspection; communicating with the insurance claims adjusters; selecting the materials; replacing the roof and new gutters; replacing the damaged screen; arranging for the painting of the trim to match the new gutters; and to having the entire fence repainted. Even though it was late in the evening when the new roof was finished, the workers took the time to clean the yard of debris. Additionally, every time we had a question or needed any assistance, Stan was always available for us, and returned our calls. Stan is a professional who is respectful, has character and integrity, but still shows compassion. We are so pleased with United Roofing. Every time we drive by our house we are elated. We feel pretty good knowing that we have a rock solid warranty and the best materials on our new roof. Based upon our experience, we highly recommend United Roofing to anyone, and to any community for their roofing needs. By: Baron

I have contacted their offices, left messages and text to the General Manager and the contractor with no response. I paid for the services which they said that I needed before they could repair the floor, which they never did. I paid for underbelly lining to be put up under my home of which they did not do. I clearly marked on the memo section of the checks given to them for services, that the warranties be honored as well as the additional damages repaired. There are texts, telephone messages, pictures as well as receipts and documents to support my complaint against this company. The company told the BBB that they have a video to share of the work that they performed. I provided pictures and texts confirming my complaint/damages of which I exchanged with the General Manager and Contractor. I was reassured that they would make it right and repair and do the work......to date they have not contacted me. I can provide the pictures and text messages verifying this additional post.
