Eli and his team also did an excellent job on the installation. It only took them one day to finish the whole project which was amazing! The whole team had tons of energy! I quoted 4 different companies and Southern Turf's price was the most reasonable one. They also provided good landscaping advices. Two other companies did not suggest me to install rocks around the turf which wouldn't be as good looking as it is now. One other company even suggested me to cap all sprinkler heads (oh and that company stood me up twice before they finally showed up!) We are so happy with our new backyard! The Luxe crew had limited access to the backyard, but made it work. We are so pleased with the end result. Leo and his crew were very professional, worked hard daily for almost two weeks, and explained their process throughout the project. DFW Turf did an amazing job of replacing the grass in my whole backyard (~2,500 sq feet), adding a…read moreputting green, and installing pavers with turf strips. The project was large and involved A LOT effort on their part to remove old bushes and hardscaping to just get ready to start the installation. My experience with the whole DFW Turf team was nothing short of exceptional. Mario was my point of contact and was responsive and professional from the initial meeting to completion of the project. I liked the idea of turf (no watering, always green, no need to worry about the kids tracking mud in the house after playing in the grass, etc) but was not sure how it would look once installed. When I voiced this concern to Mario, he scheduled to meet me out at the house of one of his recent clients so I could see their work first hand and see what the turf and putting green looked like in "real life". It really impressed me that he was willing to take the time to address my concerns before I even committed to doing my project with them. This great customer service continued during the project. Anytime I had any questions, Mario was always easy to reach via text or voice. He made multiple visits to my house before, during, and after project completion to make sure everything was going as planned and I was happy. Another person I must acknowledge is Jose. He was the lead on the team that installed the turf and putting green. His, and his team's, attention to detail and work ethic were amazing. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure the final result was nothing short of perfect. My expectations going into this project were exceeded in every way thanks to the dedicated DFW Turf team and all their hard work. If you are thinking of installing turf and/or a putting green in your yard, DFW Turf should be your first call!
