Out of the companies we requested quotes from we had 2 companies that never responded, one that came out and said they would send a quote and never did (even after i requested one several times) and a couple that came out and sent quotes but told use they had to cap off our sprinkler system or used dirt under the turf (cheapest way to install and odors will build up). Need to have the sprinklers....hello we live in Texas and go months without rain and the foundation to our home has to be watered. Through this process Bo confirmed everything that we found in our research and used the processes and materials we were looking for. This is a large investment and we wanted to make sure it would be done correctly. No understood that and boy! Let me tell you...they did an AMAZING job! They trashed my sprinkler system, didn't follow very clear instructions that were given re: capping sprinkler heads and left some gushing over the concrete. By the time I checked their work, it took over 16 communications (phone and email) to get them back out to fix their poor work. In stead of making it right, they told me fixing the sprinklers was my responsibility. They did pull the turf, so I could pay someone else to properly do the work, but AGAIN...I had another five communications to get them to come re-install the turf. Absolutely pathetic communication, horrifically unprofessional about follow up and would NOT do business with them again. The company is run by children that were not taught how to operate a business and clearly aren't supervised by any gown-up's.

Install was…read moreAug 17 and had to have numerous issues to address including a lazy supervisor asking for me to fix him breakfast and crew leaving their trash around my front yard. Several install issues needed to be fixed, drainage for my pool covered over as well as about 5 sprinkler heads covered, neighbor's yard flooding due to poor drainage, etc. Install issues took from Aug 17 - mid Oct, then we had to address neighbor's yard issue in Dec and to top it off, the last straw was the fluff and fresh gone bad. You can see screenshots of messages below that show the timeline of what I've had to deal with.
