Several other contractors informed me the job was too extensive or the cost would be exorbitant. That was not the case with MIN. Over the course of the weekend, the crew was incredibly hardworking and respectful of my property, even taking the extra time to ensure all sod and grasses were put back in place. I used an…read moreAngie's List promo several months ago to have them do a complete check and repair of my sprinkler system and thought they did a good job. But a couple days later, I was walking alongside my house and spotted a sprinkler head just lying on the ground. Upon further inspection, I saw the open sprinkler pipe in the ground - the head had come off (looked as though it had been unscrewed) and was not replaced. I sent Victoria Rodriguez an email about it, with a photo, and got no response. I wasn't terribly worried - just put the sprinkler head in the console of my car and made a mental note to stop by Home Depot or somewhere, pick up a matching one and forget about it. Well, we were coming into fall and I shut my system off for the winter. I basically forgot all about it. Several days ago when I decided that I needed to turn the system back on, I remembered. I went out to look at it, to make sure that it wasn't now filled with mud, and now I cannot even find the pipe, so I sent Victoria Rodriguez a copy of the first email, with a note saying that no one ever responded and that now I am afraid to turn on the sprinklers without having this fixed. No response....... I'll give it a few more hours, then I'm contacting Angie's List. How did they even get on Angie's List if they were getting such bad reviews?
