They came out as soon as they could. My entire system was down and we did not know why. I had gotten a quote by a different company wanting multiple things changed. So glad we called to get it looked at by then. The master valve was not working and we had their crew come out and switch it out and wire in a new one. Everything worked out great! We had just moved into our newly purchased home after finishing an extensive rehab and called Eldorado Irrigation & Landscaping to come check out a sprinkler head that had popped. Not only did Jon come out the very next day with a helper, they quickly replaced the sprinkler head and even tested our entire system to see if any additional repairs were needed. They adjusted several heads and determined the rest were good! In talking to Jon I asked whether they did tree trimming as well. He mentioned they are a full landscaping and irrigation company and gave me a very reasonable quote for 5 overgrown trees and 2 bushes. He scheduled a service date and was back within five days. They worked hard all day and pruned every single tree and bush which gave our home an amazing facelift! And you thought this review was done....Fast forward a couple of days and our irrigation system sprung a leak underground next to a large tree root. I had to turn the water to the entire house as our yard was flooding, and urgently texted Jon a video of the leak. He responded within minutes at 8pm and directed me to the double check shutoff valve which confirmed the leak was solely on our irrigation system and allowed me to turn the water to the house back on!
