I've used H2O twice, both times for repairs to my residential irrigation system. Each time I was…read morevery pleased with the quality, speed, and price of their work. Dwayne was on-site the first time and was straight-forward about options and cost, as well as respectful of my decision to not purchase certain products (due to my special circumstances), all of which I greatly appreciated. His staff works very well together and are able to knock out work faster than I would have expected. The times that I've had to leave a message Dwayne was always very quick to respond. It's also important for me to comment on their honesty. When I called them up for an over-the-phone quote it came out a little higher than I was expecting, which I think was because I was overestimating the work that had to be done. Once the 30 minutes of work was completed and I received the bill it was exactly in line with what I was expecting. If they had charged the price they initially quoted (double what was billed) I would have paid it, but I would have looked for other irrigation specialists the next time I needed one. Now I'm definitely using them again as well as giving them a solid five stars on Yelp. Thank you Dwayne and your great team!

Really solid experience with Carson Irrigation and Drainage. Carlos was responsive from the first…read morephone call and came out the same day to look at what I thought was a slow leak in the yard. He got me scheduled quickly and handled everything professionally. They repaired two broken pipes, replaced a sprinkler head, adjusted another head that was too low, and checked the entire irrigation system to make sure everything was working correctly. Pricing was fair and the quality of work was excellent. I also appreciated that Carlos took the time to explain how to monitor the system myself and what signs to watch for before small issues turn into expensive repairs. Great customer service and great work.

Over time, our landscape beds had changed, and they were now receiving too much water, plus we also had a few pipes and drip lines broken. Carlos and Nelson reworked the beds by removing the drip irrigation and installing proper pop-up sprinklers. They listened carefully to our needs, addressed issues we hadn't noticed. At the end, they walked us through the entire system changes. They also installed a new 16-station controller. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to doing the job right--without recommending unnecessary work.
