Lost business. The last two appointments I've made with PSS they flat out just did not show up. I would call to make an appointment and they'd tell me they'd get back to me to see when their calendar shows they're free. Didn't hear back. I had to follow up. The first flake was explained that the service tech had to go to southern Texas to pick up his brother. Well then send another tech! Dudes just left me waiting and never even called to say "we have to reschedule" or something like that. The last incident sealed it for me. I followed up with PSS two days after they said they'd get back to me to pencil me in. They apologized and made an appointment two days later at 10 AM. 6:54 AM that morning I get a text saying the guy can come in a 45 minutes. I told him we weren't going to be home and to keep the 10 AM appointment as agreed upon. Radio silence. Never responded. Dude just disappeared. Absolutely recommended without a doubt! I had a really bad plumbing leak in my yard occur suddenly in the afternoon and Pro Sprinkler Services came through and saved the day when my homebuilder (Megatel) refused to take responsibility for their incorrectly constructed plumbing to my home. Eusebio and his business partner came to my home within less than 20 minutes from the moment we made contact and they were able to not only fix the massive leak but also upgraded the construction and took the time to ensure the flower bed looked exactly how it did prior to the leak. The leak occurred on a pipe that is technically an irrigation system, which is why my homebuilder refused to take warranty responsibility. The issue was that they didn't install it correctly so even when I shut off the local irrigation valve and even shut off the DOUBLE CHECK, this so-called irrigation system kept leaking. To me if I have to shut off water to the entire home, that's not irrigation, that's plumbing. Nonetheless, the folks at Pro Irrigation Services came through and were incredibly professional. The gentleman that did the work showed me exactly what was going on, how he was going to fix it, and how he could improve it by installing a local shut off valve so that this wouldn't happen in the future. They were very honest with pricing, which by the way, was absolutely a fair price considering the quick emergency service to fix and also install a new shut off valve. And like I mentioned they didn't only do this work, but they also stayed until well past dark to clean up the flower bed and make sure that it looked just as nice after the work as it did before the leak. Call them for a leak in the line. When they came out I had it already dug up. It was during the cold weather we had so he said it was hard for the glue to set up with it so cool so he would come back the following week. He said he would usually wave the $95 service fee if it is a simple job. They came back the following week, did the simple repair, did not check the system until AFTER they covered the hole up to see if it was leaking or not, did a quick check to make sure all stations worked.
