I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Eusebio and his crew at Pro Sprinkler Services were on time for the scheduled service call. Notified me in advance they were on their way. Did a fantastic job with the repairs and even made improvements to my existing system. All that work at a great rate. We will be using them for all our sprinkler services. read more

Euesbio, was professional, no pun intended, friendly and a great listener. He assessed what needed to be done to my 5 section, 25 sprinkler head yard system, and arranged/added/changed the individual heads for maximum coverage. His charge was reasonable and fair. He's now on my vendor preferred list. Great job, 5 plus stars! Keith in Lakewood read more

Eusebio was great! Very quick response time and fixed all my sprinkler issues without over selling upgrades. Prices are very reasonable as well. I will be using them again in the future! read more

Not a good experience. It's a challenge to work with the owner Eusebio who farms out the work to his crew that are not all that great. They're hard to get a hold of, commit to an appt and don't arrive on time. After a sprinkler system check and some repairs to some sprinklers it cost an outrageous amount of over $500. Look at the pics of my grass a couple of months after the sprinkler tune up done by Pro Sprinkler Services. read more

Eusebio responded to my request for service in less than 5 minutes. I had one sprinkler head in my flower bed that failed and needed to be replaced. I tried to fix it myself weeks ago and failed. We set an appointment for Wednesday 03-06 at 3:00 pm. He texted me yesterday to say he was available today and as I am typing this the repair is complete. He was very professional and fast. He was here for 20 minutes and tested the repair. All good. Would recommend highly. Great experience. Very very reasonable pricing. All the other companies that responded after Eusebio were quoting much higher standard service call fees. read more

EXCELLENT service, workmanship and communication! We have never had anyone respond so quickly and be so knowledgeable on our sprinkler system and lake pump than Eusebio and his crew. Eusebio was in constant communication to let us know when he or his crew would be here as well as the status of the job. He went above and beyond to learn our system and determine what was best with the equipment we had. GREAT job and fair prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I contacted Pro Sprinkler Services via Yelp. They responded and scheduled a technician to come out to my house via text. There technician was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I thought I needed an expensive repair. The technician knew my sprinkler issue a lot better than I did. I let the technician do what he needed to do and a few minutes later they repaired several leaks in my sprinkler pipe. I had other sprinkler repair companies take a look at my system and tell me the issue was something different than what it actually was and the repairs would have been a lot more expensive if I would have went with a different company! They ended up fixing my issue of several leaky pipes and faulty sprinkler heads same day! Thank you Pro Sprinkler Services!!! read more

Responded in less than 10 minutes to my request and had his guys out here the same day. Fixed 3 leaky sprinklers. Highly recommended.

The business owner kindly explained all the questions we had on the sprinkler system. He also repaired bunch of items for free.

Highly recommend Pro Sprinkler. Excellent workmanship and experience. Good value. Programmed my Rachio controller for me.

Unreliable! Earlier in the week, they said they would squeeze me in at 3p on Friday. Then on Friday, at 11:02, asked if they could have their technician come at noon. Since I didn't respond (didn't see message and was expecting they'd be here at 3p as negotiated, they decided to CANCEL. Of course without any notice, since they decided it's my fault because I didn't answer immediately when then decided to change the time less than an hour before they planned to come. DO NOT USE!! read more

Very polite, professional. Communication was great regarding issues they found when fixing a leak and broken sprinkler heads.

Very frustrating experience. I've been trying to schedule an appointment with Eusebio for several weeks. We've agreed to a day and time on three separate occasions, and they have failed to show up without any communication or explanation whatsoever. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a recurring problem. Take my advice and look somewhere else for help with sprinkler repairs. These guys aren't worth the headache. read more

Very happy with service from Alex and his team. I had a lot wrong from past repairs and the workers cutting corners. Had three leaks and Alex showed me each before repairing. They were very friendly and professional when they arrived and completed the work promptly. Really grateful I found Pro Sprinkler Services! Highly recommend! read more

We contacted this business for service last month. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. This was the first time our sprinklers had been serviced in the 9 years we've been in our home, so obviously there was much needed repair. By the time this gentleman was finished, the sprinklers were working good as new. He also provided some much needed advice on other issues to help our lawn maintain it's beauty. It's also great that we didn't feel ripped off. We plan to use this business again. read more

Awful experience. Instead of replacing couple of broken heads they messed with wires inside control box and tried to convince me that control box is out of order which was not true. They did not know how to fix the mess they created and left in a hurry leaving me with disabled system. Tried to call them but they blocked my calls. Hired another contractor and he fixed the messed witres in 2 minutes. Nobody should hire Pro Sprinkler Services because they utterly dishonest read more
