Horrible communication and poor work that has to be redone, then redone again…read more. 1. They (Thomas Martin) do not like to answer their phone or return calls. You will spend days leaving messages and quite possibly will not get a call back at all. If you're having an emergency, this isn't the team for you! 2. The work they do will be incomplete and shoddy at best. I'm on my third service call in 6 months from simple problems that they can't seem to fix. I had a leak, they charged me for the repair, several months later, its still leaking.. I also had them tune up my sprinkler heads (some were irrigating in the wrong places) and now I have a third of my heads not working at all.. If you need sprinkler repairs, this isn't the team for you! 3. If you do get an appointment scheduled, they will just not show up at all or even call you to let you know or schedule a new appointment. I waited all day yesterday for their appointment and the result is a wasted day and no repairs. Probably for the best, time to call a new team that can actually get the work done, I've been as patient as I can be. If your time or money are valuable to you, this is not the team for you! Spending my day today ensuring all of my neighbors are aware of this companies poor business practices, lack of professionalism and courtesy!

They did check the back flow assembly for water contamination to the house but after-the-fact and as I got to thinking about the city's requirement, I called them and they said the filing of a report with the city isn't covered by the service call. Which is ironic because I got their name from a list of service providers on SC Tracking Solutions, as directed by the city. The only reason I don't reverse the charge is they did perform some work for me. I called them but they refused to do a refund or make an adjustment to the bill. The reason I chose them is because they're veteran-owned and I'm a veteran. But never again. Despite their work guarantee I'll choose someone else next time I need something done.
