My wife got in touch with owners Brent and Daniel to install a fence and a car gate. Brent and…read moreDaniel's bid was on the low end of multiple bids we received, lower than some bids by contractors with much less experience. Moreover, Brent was the first one to respond, and spoke to me on a weekend when no other contractor bothered to respond until the next Monday. On the very first day, Brent showed up to introduce himself to us, and I appreciated his curtesy towards me before any work even started. Our project took three days to complete. One day to set post and cure cement, one day to install frames for the fence and gate, and one day to complete the job. Daniel was there everyday (I believe Brent was there at least two days) working along his crew. They did a fantastic job, and the whole process was efficient and professional. Now I have the best looking fence in the neighborhood. Glad my wife found these guys, will definitely reach out again in the future if I need another fence/gate.

Their design and workmanship is excellent, they use top shelf materials, and, thanks in part, I'm sure, to getting on their calendar early in the season, the work was completed in a very timely manner, with no appreciable delays caused by anything but the weather. We got three estimates for the project, and for the first time in our lives, gave the job to the HIGHEST bidder. That is because, in addition to admiring their work elsewhere around Rockwall, owner Zach Simons is the sole point of contact for the estimate process on the entire project. His competitors were like, "Yeah, we can estimate the wood today, then we'll send a stone guy next week, and a gate-design guy the week after that." (Slight exaggeration there.) We were much more comfortable working with a single source for the whole project. Yes, Firehouse charges a premium, but we got what we paid for. Highly recommended.
