Our drains had produced this black oily sludge which Erik explained was the aftermath of years of oil and soap. It was truly a stressful mess. Early that morning, we actually had another plumber who used a traditional drain auger to attempt clearing the drain, but it did not work. Erik used a hydrojet that easily eliminated the black ooze. Afterwards, he used a camera to probe the inner guts of the drain to insure everything was clear. Erik is truly a professional and I will definitely have him back again to maintain these old cast iron drains. On top of that, his pricing is fair and reasonable. After hearing nothing, I followed up around 9:00 AM and again at 11:00 AM, at which point I was told they were stuck in Fort Worth but that someone would stop by later in the afternoon. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up. I've since sent multiple follow-up text messages and have received no response. At this point, I'm left wondering how I'm supposed to trust a company that fails to communicate, doesn't follow through on its commitments, and has effectively no-showed twice in a single day.
