I have owned a home for 38 years, dealt with multiple plumbers, electric repairs, etc. and no one comes close to the expertise and service I've had with Ronnie, Jason, Dillon, Chloe and the rest of the Dean's Plumbing team. This is our THIRD slab leak, so we are experts, and the last 2 were nightmares. C&C came quickly, told us exactly what needed to be done and gave us a quote that was far under the last 2 leaks. When they reached the leak, they went above and beyond to make sure everything around the leak was repaired and in good working shape. (Instead of just repairing a 1-inch spot where the leak was, he replaced the entire visible pipe). They refilled the hole, repoured the concrete and held to their quote. The workmen were professional and educated. They took the time to show us what they had done (beautiful work) and what we needed to do going forward. They let us know that they don't advertise - so if you are in the Dallas area this should be your plumber. This ordeal started over a month ago, it took awhile for Fixxer Plumbing to get started on the repairs of my sewage line. I thought it was all due to logistics but by the way the problem has been handled, it is obvious promptness is not a standard they follow. It's been way over a month since this ordeal started and attached is the current condition of my lawn; mind you, I have been wetting the heap of sand daily, hoping it will settle in but this is what I have 2weeks after completion. After the replacement of the line was done, the company told me that the sewage line would be shut off for about an hour for inspection; after almost 8hrs (7hrs after the job was inspected by the city) I still had not seen nor heard from the technician. I had to keep driving my elderly parents to McDonalds to use the restroom. I understand these things can be unpredictable but to be professional is to communicate with your customers. To make it worse, when I called to ask how much longer it would take the lady that answered the phone gave me a nasty attitude. My breaking point was when I called last week to ask Cheryl when the job would be completed; her response was that they were done. The posted picture is the state of the "so-called" completed job..... with pipes sitting at the side of my house. My question is, why did she tell the insurance company the job was completed and she had pictures to prove it, then tell me she would send someone over later to inspect it? Mind you the insurance agreement states that Fixxer Plumbing will cover the landscape damaged in the process of repair. I hate that I have to type this complaint on a public forum, when the company could have handled it privately. After all my complaints she said will send someone over on Monday (which is 5days later) to inspect it. Tomorrow is Monday, we will see how this is handled.

They didn't try to repair the same day as was implied. The service was not to include garbage disposal but was started until told to stop by me. It took most of Saturday and Sunday morning to get it installed!! I contacted customer reps repeatedly to discuss poor service, workmanship. I was told I would receive $200+ refund on $1800+ service. 4 months later, NOTHING!! They never intended to refund, they just kept putting me off hoping I would give up. I would never, ever use them again!!!

They mentioned that it would mostly be a loose threading or dried plumber's putty and wouldn't charge extra for such a small fix. I was then told that the P-trap is damaged at the cost of fixing it would be additional $480 (after adjusting the $129). They mentioned that it would take a 2+ hour labor and the parts were expensive (something called a P-Trap needs to be replaced). I believed them and went ahead. All they did was replace a PVC pipe piece and the drain plug and the job was done in less than 30 mins. They came back a couple of times to flip the drain plug as they messed up on the right color (was supposed to be oil rubbed bronze and they got chrome). I don't like people who manipulate you this way and would advise to stay away.

The second job was replacing a bathtub faucet that the lines underneath had become corroded. The cold water only trickled. They did an excellent job all around. We had one technician. That specific tankless water heater is obviously a lemon and now they chose to just absolve themselves of any responsibility. Danny came right on time and did a great job. 1st guy came out and supposedly fixed them but both were leaking and one was making an awful noise. Lady on the phone I believe her name is Ashley was unhelpful from the moment I called to have the guy come back out. Had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get them back out. Guy shows up late again says parts have to be ordered and he will next day mail them. Parts don't show up. I call after a week asking where the parts are. Lady on the phone lied and said parts were ordered and was very rude everytime I called. She kept saying someone will call me back. None ever called me back. Then she lies again and said my voice mail was full. Never had a missed call and my voice mail is not full. She said it can take up to 12 business days. I called on day 13 she again lies and says a manager will call me back. I got AHS involved and finally they said the parts will be picked up. Ummm why didn't they do that to begin with?!?! The lady on the phone needs a class in customer service.
