I have found out that so many contractors love to put off their scheduling and try to charge way too much for their services compared to other businesses offering the same services and C & C arrived on time and gave us our quotes when they said and were just truly professional during the whole process and I just wish all businesses and contractors would have the same thrive and work ethic that the guys at C & C has. They said the drain line was broken at the septic tank entrance, and recommended a complete septic line replacement at 4000.00. I gave them 50% (2000.00) to start to have the line dug up. I don't know if they were in a hurry or what but I hope it was not a sham. Such a simple thing to diagnose - check the tank 1st to see if it is full. I figured that out on my own, thank goodness! So what they convinced me to do was not needed at all - the septic tank was simply full and needed pumping. Cost me 2000.00 and tore up my yard for nothing. My yard was torn up and there remains a 6" high by 12 feet long mound that I guess I will have to level out on my own since you can't mow over it. I asked if there might some refund on my 2000.00, and the tech said he would check, but I never heard back from them. Unless I hear something ( it has been 6 months), I can't recommend this company.

I feel very lucky to have found Daniel at DG Plumbing!…read more I had several plumbing issues at my rental property, including two dripping bathtub faucets and old, leaking washing machine water connections. Since I live out of state, good communication and reliability were especially important to me. Daniel was excellent from beginning to end. He gave me a clear and transparent price upfront, communicated very efficiently, and was extremely flexible in working around my tenants' schedule. He arrived as scheduled and completed everything in about two hours, just as he estimated. He replaced both the hot and cold washing machine connections and provided pictures of the work, including the access panel he installed to cover the wall opening. He also repaired both dripping bathtub faucets by replacing the necessary internal parts, and replaced the two old bathtub/shower knobs. The faucets are no longer dripping and everything is functioning properly. He also showed very good professional judgment with the bathtub spouts. They were extremely tight, and he explained that trying to remove them could risk damaging the pipe inside the wall. Rather than taking that unnecessary risk, he left them in place since they were still functioning properly. He then reduced the price by $50 because the spouts could not be replaced, making the final total $750. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to make the decision that was safest for the plumbing rather than simply doing the additional work and charging for it. Daniel was professional, responsive, efficient, reasonably priced, and very easy to work with. He also provided a one year workmanship warranty and sent me photos of the completed work, which is especially valuable when managing a property from another state. I honestly couldn't have asked for a any better outcome. I would definitely recommend Daniel and DG Plumbing, and I will absolutely contact him again for future plumbing needs at my rental properties. Thank you, Daniel, for the excellent work!
