This is our THIRD slab leak, so we are experts, and the last 2 were nightmares. C&C came quickly, told us exactly what needed to be done and gave us a quote that was far under the last 2 leaks. When they reached the leak, they went above and beyond to make sure everything around the leak was repaired and in good working shape. (Instead of just repairing a 1-inch spot where the leak was, he replaced the entire visible pipe). They refilled the hole, repoured the concrete and held to their quote. The workmen were professional and educated. They took the time to show us what they had done (beautiful work) and what we needed to do going forward. They let us know that they don't advertise - so if you are in the Dallas area this should be your plumber. Turns out the break was on the city side, and instead of trying to sell us an expensive repair, he told us to contact the city first. Huge respect for that level of honesty. Since he was already there, we had him install a new toilet and showerhead. The toilet install had some quirks because the tile floor isn't perfectly level, but Brandon explained everything, handled it the right way, and made sure it was solid before wrapping up. Quick response, knowledgeable, transparent, and no upselling nonsense. Authentic name, authentic service. We'll definitely be calling them again.

They did a great job servicing my water heater as it needed a flush after four years. Note that I was unaware of this maintenance was even needed! My bad! Thankfully it's behind me now. I also had them look at my sink disposal and two toilets. They provided good advice about the condition of a water valve on one toilet and after discussing price options, I decided to get the toilet pumps updated. Overall, they took just over an hour for all the repairs and then explained everything they completed by taking me on a "tour" of the repairs until I was satisfied.
