I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. I wasn't happy as I didn't have this in my budget. I had called the office to bring this to there attention and was transferred to a manager. I explained that these diagnostic fees were not told to me when I scheduled the appointment and when the plumbers came to my home and I wasn't happy. He said he'd get back to me. Never heard back! FYI. There's more than just a service trip fee with this company' beware they charge for a diagnostic fee also.‍

He quickly suggested I contact the manufacturer and take advantage of their lifetime warranty. I did and they agreed to send me replacement handles. That was an immediate cost saving measure. When Michael came to my home the next day, he proceeded to unclog three sinks, and improve the water flow in the three connected faucets.
