The plumbers arrived on time and I appreciated that I was notified in advance to meet them while I was still at work. They did a great job servicing my water heater as it needed a flush after four years. Note that I was unaware of this maintenance was even needed! My bad! Thankfully it's behind me now. I also had them look at my sink disposal and two toilets. They provided good advice about the condition of a water valve on one toilet and after discussing price options, I decided to get the toilet pumps updated. Overall, they took just over an hour for all the repairs and then explained everything they completed by taking me on a "tour" of the repairs until I was satisfied. The service was exceptional even though I had questions about pricing in which the owner Jerry was able to discuss so that we were all happy in the end. Thanks Jerry for reaching out to me! LIARS CAUGHT ON CAMERA Scheduled an appointment. Technician never rings doorbell to acknowledge that he's there; just stands in front of the door. I have a ring doorbell camera that recorded the whole thing showing he never rang the doorbell (which also would have triggered an audio alert throughout the chimes in the house). Then when I asked why, they said multiple people rang it multiple times and tried to gaslight me into thinking they did. This isn't Jeffrey Epstein's prison cell, there's video with no missing minutes that caught them on camera. Either they were lazy and didn't want to take the call or were playing games. Either way, not doing business with these liars. Don't have time for this nonsense, and would recommend you look somewhere else too. EDIT: In their reply where they double down on the gaslighting, they try and say they had no way to contact me. To be clear, they had my email address and obviously Yelp message--neither of which they used. So not only did they not ring the doorbell to alert us they were there, they didn't even bother using any of the provided contact methods to get a hold of me either. This was a great experience. Aaron and a newly licensed journeyman mechanic came to take care of my problem. My downstairs drains were backing up into the sinks. They quickly diagnosed that the drain line shared by my air conditioner condensation drain was plugged and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes! Aaron may be experience awesome! Wow, talk about perfection. I had a gas leak in my attic where my furnaces were. AugerPros quickly diagnosed and got to work while the gas company was here. I can't say enough good things about Carissa, Chance, and team! We thought we did everything right to prepare for the first freeze of winter. Although it wasn't as cold or last as long as last year's even, of course we had an issue right before we're about to take off. A lot of businesses were closed on Boxing Day yesterday (the day after Christmas). But that didn't stop Carissa from her responsiveness and securing an appointment for me because they had a slot open up. She even provided information for what to expect with the service. They have a $29 trip charge for the plumber to go out to assess the issue. But that amount was applied to the repair that we proceeded with. Used this company for a very simple under sink install of reverse osmosis system that I bought on amazon. They would not provide an upfront quote until they they came to the house. They charged $540 for what is a very simple install. Theh failed fo seal the hole in the counter where the faucett went. They were on site for less than an hour. Augerpros uses a superhero for their logo, and honestly they have been one for me. I had a horrible plumbing nightmare appear when I had multiple plumbing companies have differing hydrostatic testing reports following a foundation lift. I call it a nightmare, because one companies owner even got in an argument with me when I mentioned what might be the cause of the discrepancy. At this point, I needed a third opinion and Augerpros sent their "pipewhisperer" Kory to help me. Kory went the extra mile in trying to hunt down the supposed leak, explain the findings to us and help us understand our options along the way. Fortunately on that repair, they discovered a small issue in our clean outs was the source of the discrepancies and got us fixed up and saved us from thousands in costly exploratory leak finding. They also provided a great explanation as to how the other plumbing companies were getting different results, and their paperwork satisfied our foundation company so that I did not have to deal with their less than pleasant plumbing partner any more. That earned them 5 stars alone... but not less than a month later, I found myself suffering a major service line leak! They sent Kory again and he quickly found the issue and with his apprentice Tommy they got started on the work the next day, even with it being Christmas week they got us online and stopped the yard from flooding. I appreciate how communicative Auger is, and how Kory and Tommy both tolerate our excess of questions and request for information.
