They said the drain line was broken at the septic tank entrance, and recommended a complete septic line replacement at 4000.00. I gave them 50% (2000.00) to start to have the line dug up. I don't know if they were in a hurry or what but I hope it was not a sham. Such a simple thing to diagnose - check the tank 1st to see if it is full. I figured that out on my own, thank goodness! So what they convinced me to do was not needed at all - the septic tank was simply full and needed pumping. Cost me 2000.00 and tore up my yard for nothing. My yard was torn up and there remains a 6" high by 12 feet long mound that I guess I will have to level out on my own since you can't mow over it. I asked if there might some refund on my 2000.00, and the tech said he would check, but I never heard back from them. Unless I hear something ( it has been 6 months), I can't recommend this company.

Since he was already there, we had him install a new toilet and showerhead. The toilet install had some quirks because the tile floor isn't perfectly level, but Brandon explained everything, handled it the right way, and made sure it was solid before wrapping up.
