IF he had better employees and completed the work we would have saved about 1500. He is still trying to get money out of me even though my tenants went without water 2 days, a gun was pulled on tenants by his crazy helper. UGH a nightmare of a situation. I also had them look at my sink disposal and two toilets. They provided good advice about the condition of a water valve on one toilet and after discussing price options, I decided to get the toilet pumps updated. Overall, they took just over an hour for all the repairs and then explained everything they completed by taking me on a "tour" of the repairs until I was satisfied. I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. They couldn't tell me whether they did do that work or not they sent a guy out supposedly at no charge. Then it cost over $400 for them to diagnose. Then they quoted me $6,300 to replace the unit I found the exact same unit online, including Walmart for around $1700 the complete kit everything you need I ask how many hours would the install take? They said about three hours, I said Well why don't I just buy it and you guys install it and he quoted me that for three hours of labor it would be $4000.! That's over $1300 per hour. I doubt brain surgeons make that much per hour! Beware, they prey on the uninformed. As for my family, we are done with these guys!
