I also had them look at my sink disposal and two toilets. They provided good advice about the condition of a water valve on one toilet and after discussing price options, I decided to get the toilet pumps updated. Overall, they took just over an hour for all the repairs and then explained everything they completed by taking me on a "tour" of the repairs until I was satisfied. They said the drain line was broken at the septic tank entrance, and recommended a complete septic line replacement at 4000.00. I gave them 50% (2000.00) to start to have the line dug up. I don't know if they were in a hurry or what but I hope it was not a sham. Such a simple thing to diagnose - check the tank 1st to see if it is full. I figured that out on my own, thank goodness! So what they convinced me to do was not needed at all - the septic tank was simply full and needed pumping. Cost me 2000.00 and tore up my yard for nothing. My yard was torn up and there remains a 6" high by 12 feet long mound that I guess I will have to level out on my own since you can't mow over it. I asked if there might some refund on my 2000.00, and the tech said he would check, but I never heard back from them. Unless I hear something ( it has been 6 months), I can't recommend this company.

After rejecting that he tells me for nearly $400 he would diagnose/troubleshoot the water heater but not perform any labor. Labor and parts would cost extra. THE LABOR!!!! Isn't that what the $400 is for? But the kicker was, without touching my heater, he offered to replace it for $6800! Their costs on a new unit is $1300. So that's $5500 in labor for replacing it with a unit that fits in the exact same footprint!!! Buyer Beware!!!!
