We originally thought this owner was great. He said he would fix things and we were in great hands as he is a "Christian" man! One of his employees pulled a gun on my tenants and I guess was fired but this owner capped lines saying he would be back when it was warmer and he had help. SO he capped lines, many tenants had no water, he doest come back. I had to pay another plumber 2 days later when he never come back to uncap lines that didnt need capping but because lost his help he wanted to cap them to prevent water flow. IF he had better employees and completed the work we would have saved about 1500. He is still trying to get money out of me even though my tenants went without water 2 days, a gun was pulled on tenants by his crazy helper. UGH a nightmare of a situation. He should take care of jobs he promised to do and stop trying to collect money when he never come back. He owes me for uncapping lines ...beware read more

OUTSTANDING!!!!! The man knows his trade and craft and if need be, will research the project (he called the state housing board to get information on my issue) to ensure everything is done properly. I had all my toilets, showers and tubs back up. We had feces and all sorts of stuff coming back into the house. I tried my normal plumber multiple times but it was after hours and he wasn't answering the call. I called a couple people for recommendations and Bob's name came up. He was the ONLY one that answered the phone at 9:00PM. He told me a few old school remedies to try first. When those didn't work he said he would be here first thing in the morning. Bob showed up bright and early. He even got here before the other plumbers called me to see what was going on. He fixed everything including an issue that a previous plumber had told me would require opening the walls and fixing some plumbing issues. The truth is that that plumbing company installed an off-name prt that was creating the problem. Bob found it and fixed it instantly. Getting showered for work Wednesday morning my shower knob broke and I could not turn off the shower. I took it apart thinking that there was some way I could turn it off with vice-grips, but no. I had to turn our water off at the street. So I went to Nextdoor on my phone and looked up plumber and went with the one with the highest score and I was not disappointed. Master's Touch Plumbing was awesome. I called them way before their operating hours and Bob Cruse called me back that morning asked what the problem was and said he would be there as soon as he got his employees going. He was there shortly. Once he diagnosed the problem, he changed a valve and afterward the shower handle moved so smooth and worked perfectly. He gave me some tips we were having on water pressure and cleaned up and left. The price was very reasonable and Bob was extremely cordial. read more

Hello, We live in Rockwall Co. on a small farm. Last April my ex-wife got a $400 water bill. She called Master's Touch. They came out and "fixed" the leak for $230. at the end of June (3 months later) the water meter reader told her that the leak was back and pouring water. She call Master's Touch and they came back out and "fixed" the leak - for another $230!! when the water bill came in it was $2153!!! I asked Master's Touch what they were going to do since the job was apparently not done correctly the first time. I was told he would not help with any portion of the water bill. He did NOT warranty his work! I call the water dept and Baker Bros. Plumbling. Both parties agreed the job looked very shoddy. For another $337, Baker Bros "FIXED" the leak and WARRANTEED the job for 2 years. I have a call into Master's Touch but have not heard back. I would NEVER hire Master's Touch - Baker Bros. was not cheap but I will gladly pay for the Warranty and not worry about another $2K+ water bill. read more

They know their stuff and give a fair price! I've used other plumbers and felt ripped off at the end. These guys don't want to waste your time or theirs, the way they work is get in, do what they got to do, and get out. And they make an effort to clean up after themselves. I had a major problem with my kitchen sink, that basically required a whole remodel of the plumbing system underneath. They didn't leave till everything was fixed, they offered discounted prices on the parts I needed to get the job done, and they did it right -- it's been weeks and everything is working smoothly! We woke up to water backing up from my daughter's sink drain upstairs and flooding the floor/carpet. Called Bob around 8:30, he was pretty sure he knew the issue and was there within two hours. Turns out there was a clog after the a/c drain connected into the line so that was causing water to back up into the sink. I felt silly it was such a simple fix but Bob was super nice and friendly. If you want someone to actually show up, avoid these guys. I called and made an appointment for some repairs to a shower. They scheduled me for 10-noon the next day. No call. NO SHOW. So I call them. This time I talk to some gruff sounding guy who ask me what this problem is, after I explain it to him.. he tells me that they don't have anyone in my area. Call someone else. They did a great job at a very fair price. The guy was super nice and very friendly and easy to talk to. I had a leak in my front yard by my meter because of the ground shifting since its so hot and dry. They were able to fix it and it didn't take very long and I haven't had any problems with it since.
