If there were 10 stars, A2Z would get that rating from me. I have been calling Casey at A2Z for several years now and cannot say enough about the quality, timeliness and fairness in cost of his and the service provided by his men. He has not only serviced our home but several of our rental properties. One of the latter had a slab issue for which we had paid thousands of dollars in repeated repairs by a company used by our management. After two or three "repairs", I recommended A2Z take a look at the problem. They looked, they FIXED the same day at a fraction of what we had been charged by the other company. It has been over a year now without any recurring related slab problems. And Casey can fix things you didn't know he can fix. Example: I had a septic tank located underneath a stone walkway. My septic man (Wooten & Sons whom I'll never use again; instead will call ABCO Septic Cleaning from now on) was no help at all re what I needed to have installed underneath the walk so that in the future, the 3rd tank could be accessed easily. All I wanted was some advice/info re kind and size of device that was needed to get this issue resolved. I got no response from Wooten. I called Casey at A2Z: Sure, I can fix that after you get your stone man to remove the stone. All you need is ........ In other words, it was not a problem and within a week Casey added a box just below the stone and did a beautiful job. Lastly, if you call A2Z Plumbing, Casey ALWAYS answers your call usually when you call or within an hour or less of your call. He doesn't have an answering service. He calls you from the field. We called A 2 Z Plumbing when we discovered a water leak under our house. They came right away, gave us an estimate and returned promptly at the scheduled time. The repairmen were courteous, friendly, professional, and pet friendly. They were able to repair the leak without cutting into the foundation. I can't say enough how much I appreciated the efficiency of the workers. The estimate they gave us was very reasonable. The final repair bill was very reasonable - they came in under the estimate . We were very surprised and pleased with the final bill. I can't recommend this company enough! The owner worked with us financially and the repair was finished on time and done excellently. I have used A-Z Atomic Plumbing in the past and found they are a first class operation. Our hot water heater went out and water was pouring. They were here with a new hot water heater and had it installed and the old hauled away and the price was far more competitive that I would have expected. They squeezed me in as it was an emergency! They said what they would do and gave me an estimate and it came in under what we anticipated! They were truthful, respectful, professional as we have ever seen in our near fifty years of owning and maintaining a home! Casey, you and your crew are the best ever! Garbage disposal was out and leaking, leak from p-trap, sink backing up and leaking. Called A2Z Atomic plumbing 8:27am Saturday morning, Casey returned my call at 9am. He had to check schedule with workers and called me back at 9:37am.. His workers arrived about 10am... Michael and Todd were both very nice guys. They replaced my disposal, which I had already purchased from Ace Hardware, replaced p-trap and cleared clog from p-trap to wall. Total time on job was aprox 40-45min. They checked for leaks and that disposal working properly. Cost was $140 which I found reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to refer and/or use again. read more

We were remodeling our kitchen. I had pulled the plumbing out from under the sink but noticed that after I disconnected the faucet supply lines that one of the shut off valves was leaking. I was referred to A2Z by another plumber who was unable to come out and I am sure glad he did! The guys came out and replaced all three valves per my request for $150. It took them over an hour to complete the job which was fine by me. Both guys were very professional and we had a nice chat while they completed the job. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again as the need arises. read more

These guys were pretty good. They came out the morning after I called (it wasn't an emergency). They had to dig in the dirt on a hot hot day and found a valve box we didn't know we had under our flower bed. The valve assembly had a bad solder join. They had to replace the valve assembly cause it was no longer up to code. They worked hard and got everything right. The only thing we had a problem with was they forgot to turn the sprinkler valve back on but otherwise it was a great experience. They had everything they needed in their van including an umbrella and fan. read more

We've used this company on many occasions and they always do a professional job with courtesy and a friendly attitude. We recently had to buy a new washer and dryer. Our faucets were so old the delivery men wouldn't touch them for fear of breaking them off. A2Z came out two days later and not only replaced them but generously supplied us with things the store had added on to our purchase, saving us money. Two other plumbers told us we would need to have our foundation dug out to get to the problem and gave us estimates of $2000 - $3000+. A2Z was able to come out and find the problem and use a balloon to retrieve an unused extra fitting left over from construction that was lodged in the plumbing causing our system to backup.
