This is our THIRD slab leak, so we are experts, and the last 2 were nightmares. C&C came quickly, told us exactly what needed to be done and gave us a quote that was far under the last 2 leaks. When they reached the leak, they went above and beyond to make sure everything around the leak was repaired and in good working shape. (Instead of just repairing a 1-inch spot where the leak was, he replaced the entire visible pipe). They refilled the hole, repoured the concrete and held to their quote. The workmen were professional and educated. They took the time to show us what they had done (beautiful work) and what we needed to do going forward. They let us know that they don't advertise - so if you are in the Dallas area this should be your plumber. I agreed the charge was acceptable and made an appointment for a service technician to come out to our home. The morning of the appointment Amber called to let us know Rocky Johnson (Service Technician) with 27 years of experience was on his way. Also received a text & email with Rocky's picture. Rocky arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He assessed the problem and explained what was needed. He was very detailed and patient with our questions before we agreed on the service. Also, I was able to schedule a two hour window for them to come. They did not show up in that two hour window and when they were contacted about that, there was a note that dispatch had changed the window without telling us. Technician arrived 30 minutes outside of window. He then attempted to charge $350 for the inspection. He claimed the $80 was just for a service fee. Dispatch either lied or omitted the truth. He then proceeded to do very little if anything other than take the $80. Horrible company. I will not use again.

Shower cartridge (located behind the shower handle) was bad so I called them to come out and they…read moresaid there was a service call charge of $67.50 which would not be charged if they did any work. So they sent a guy out and they charged a whopping $272 plus tax just to replace a simple plastic shower cartridge that probably took about 15 minutes to replace. They also replaced a cheap small plastic handle that I did not ask them to replace. Charges breakdown: $125.00 - Labor $80.00 - Parts (for a plastic cartridge that cost $31 at Home Depot) $67.50 - Other charges (added in the service call charge). So I was not supposed to be charged the service call charge; however they added it in & when paid them by credit card I had not seen the breakdown yet. Made numerous phone calls and kept getting promises that they would reimburse me for the service call charge but they kept stringing me along and wouldn't send it. Guess they got tired of me calling and did eventually send it but it cost me a lot of time and frustration. To top it off, about six months later the cartridge they installed went bad and had to hire another plumber to come out and replace the one Enco had installed. They advised us to go back to Reliant since the work should have been covered under warranty. Over the next few months, Reliant scheduled multiple appointments - and every single time we were left sitting at home for hours with no calls, no updates, and no one ever showing up. My husband and I took off work multiple times, moved nap schedules around for our kids, rearranged our entire day - only to find out about cancellations after we called them ourselves. Most recently, we were told Dallas "isn't a priority market," which explains the constant no-shows and excuses. Reliant's lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has been staggering. We've spent thousands, lost countless hours, and months later still don't have a fully functioning bathroom.
