I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. They have rebuilt toilets, fixed shower and sink drains, you name it. Today I had Kasey out and, like most of Speake's other service guys, honestly told me my options but added he didn't think I needed to replace a part at this time. They are good about fixing things I wasn't planning on fixing with the call to fill the hour, since you pay by the hour. One time a few years ago one of their guys fixed an outdoor faucet for me and didn't do a super great job. I called and they sent someone out the next day who fixed it correctly. I feel like, for the plumbing business, it's probably as fair of a value as you're going to find. They're timely and easy to schedule with.

We decided to look for recommendations in my neighborhood mom's group and follow up those by referencing Yelp reco's. Decided to call Speake's Plumbing and so glad we did! We called on a Thursday afternoon and left a message and received an immediate call back. They said someone could come out the following day. Speake's was excellent about communicating and we opted in to receive text messages. They let us know that someone would come by between 10-2 on Friday. And they did! Enter Mike on Friday afternoon around 1:30! We showed him our bathroom and he could smell the sewer gas too! We had kept the door closed to keep fumes down to the rest of the house. Also opened a window. After he removed the toilet and scraped off the wax he found the real problem. He came to show us what he discovered. There was a gap between where the flange and the drain pipe meet. Mike fixed the pipe and replaced the flange with a new beautiful brass one. This is the only pic I took. We love our Toto toilets and asked Mike to replace the insides with a new flush valve kit since the current one looked really old. He replaced the toilet and cleaned everything up. We paid and he sent our receipt via email. The price seemed in-line and we were very happy with Mike and the service he provided. We will definitely call Speake's Plumbing again if a plumbing issue arises.

They cut numerous holes in our walls and still failed to restore proper plumbing. Instead, they bypassed and canceled two manifolds, which resulted in no hot water to our kitchen and laundry room (documented). When they returned to "fix" the problem, they made things worse by creating dead‑end lines, causing hot‑water circulation issues throughout the house and leaving multiple areas with only lukewarm water. They then attempted to charge us an additional $800 for this. After multiple follow‑ups and excuses (all documented), the company ultimately stopped responding altogether. We were forced to hire a licensed plumber to correct their work by running new lines to our kitchen and laundry room. I feared a slab leak, which I've had before. Jason showed up and within 10 minutes had pinpointed where the leak was. It was on the line between my sink and tub in the master bathroom. We talked about a reroute or digging, but since I planned on renovating this bathroom in a few months anyway, he helped me out and capped off the lines which ran underground and eliminated the leak!
