Worker did not speak english nor was anything relayed to my spouse of additional service. Company was contacted and lady explained that they were doing us a favor on the additional service. It was explained that additional work must be communicated to the customer prior to service. Nothing should just be assumed ever, be transparent to customers. No action was taken by the company to resolved the conflict on the additional $$

We recently purchased a property that we didn't know had drainage issues, until after a huge rain. Cruz came by, gave us a quote and was so concerned about upcoming rains, that he quickly fit us into his schedule so that we could our situation taken care of quickly. Thank goodness he did!!!! Because we had unbelievable amount of rain the following week and I know we would have flooded. His guys show up very early in the morning, work very hard and are very respectful. I live on 1.3 acres. Cruz and his crew installed a sump pump, multiple drains and EIGHT INCH pipe to make sure that my yard properly drained for future storms.
