Quick assessment of what needed to be done to improve coverage in our yard. Reasonable cost and great work. I was very happy with the work done as I requested and in a matter of days our yard is looking much better. This family sprinkler repair business is OUTSTANDING! They literally saved us several thousand dollars because they knew what the problem was (air in the line) and how to fix it, (open al of the faucets in the house for several minutes to let the air out). The big companies didn't know what was causing the problem or how to fix it after we had a water pressure valve installed. I had a Client just buy a home and shortly there after the sprinklers started to leak. So to make sure that the Client was happy I called and the company that I used to use said that they would not go to Little Elm where my Client had bought a home. They said that they would go to Frisco but not Little Elm. I told them that the home was literally ONE block away from Frisco and they were unwilling to go. I found a leak that was coming from one of my lawn irrigation valve boxes. After researching on Yelp, I found EMX Sprinklers. I submitted a message on their webpage on a Sunday and received a response early the next morning. Mike and his team was able to work me into their schedule two days later. I asked that they repair the leak, then perform a service check of the rest of my lawn irrigation system, which has been a little neglected over the past 13 years. As expected, Mike did find a few other issues that needed to be addressed. He showed me the issues and explained the steps that needed to be taken to resolve those issues. A few days later, during the 4th of July holiday weekend, I thought I had another issue with my irrigation system. I submitted another message on EMX's webpage and received a quick response. Mike emailed me and explained some programming steps that I could take to try to fix the issues. He said that if I had any problems with changing the programming, he would stop by and help. Using his programming tips, I was able to quickly fix the problem and found that everything is working great. Mike and his small EMX Sprinklers crew are honest, hard-working, knowledgeable, good people. I will continue to use EMX Sprinklers for all of my future lawn irrigation service needs. read more

We called EMX because we had two other guys come out to look at our system and neither one fixed the problems properly. We were getting super frustrated but still needed to get things fixed. After a little research we decided to go with EMX. Finally.....problems solved. Michael arrived on time, actually a little early, checked things out, told us what the problems were and got right to work. He, of course, had to do some digging and when he was done he replaced the grass almost perfectly.
