Hi. Billy's Sprinkler and Backflow company just left my house. They do not have a trip charge and only charge if they find something that needs to be repaired. They will then give you an estimate and you decide yes or no. Or they find something too small to charge for like they did me and fix it for no charge. They are a great local husband and wife company. It's a very busy time of year, so be prepared to wait for an appointment. But they are busy for good reason. And it pays to wait for the best. The blessings continue and I am grateful. Billy and Amy Wilson 214-886-1855 read more

Billy Sprinkler Repair - The Best local Sprinkler company. - Irrigation Near Me - Plano, Texas

I believe this company is the best in business! Over the past three and a half decades i have used several services, all of which were good, but these people were exceptionally great. They did what was promised, stayed within the promised time frame and costs, and explained every step of the process, before, during, and after. Very reasonably priced. I will call them again in a flash, if needed! read more

I've sent an email and called twice, and have not heard back. Even if they don't come out to my area or are too busy, it would have been a professional gesture to let me know. read more

Billy, his wife Amy, and two employees came out. They gave me a very detailed estimate and showed me everything that needed to be fixed. Pricing was fair and well explained. I would use them again. read more

I had Billy come out to check my irrigation system for leaks. He explained everything he was going to check and did a thorough walkthrough with me and answered all my questions. He even walked me through setting up my system so I would not be wasting any water. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use him again! read more

I knew I had issues in multiple zones. They walked through the entire system with me and found everything. If something was different than what they first thought (head vs riser; etc) they got my ok before moving forward. read more

Outstanding work and customer service! Billy and his team did an amazing job on my sprinkler system. Keeping me up-to-date on every malfunctioning piece of equipment and pricing associated. I was NEVER in the dark. Final pricing was extremely reasonable and expected for the amount of work they had to perform to get me back to a lush lawn. I will ONLY use them going forward. Check them out, you will not be disappointed. read more

I have been a loyal customer of Billy for more than 5 years and would have rated him and Amy 5 stars prior to my most recent engagement where he intentionally overcharged me and came up with a lousy excuse when I questioned his pricing. His pricing model is typically a trip charge ($80/hr) plus parts. He fixed two areas that were broken and said that there were a total of 9 connectors used to repair. The cost for each connector is $15 (only $2 at Home Depot, but not the point). He said he used 6 connectors on one repair, and three on the other. I went to the repair that supposedly had 6 connectors, and there were only three. What should have been $45 in parts, is now $90. When I questioned him, he said that anything more than 6 inches he doubles the price and said 6 to "make it easier"...it's the same connection regardless of length, and not sure there is any irrigation that is less than 6"...this was his attempt to cover up the price gouging and attempt to defraud. He offered to refund my total bill, but I refused as he is a small business but I don't want others to fall victim to the practice. read more

Fast and reliable service. Quick response to a broken valve. Thorough review of my whole system, and reasonable price to repair. Billy and Amy walked me through all the repairs, and sent comprehensive photos to show the completed work. Highly recommend! read more

My sprinkler system needed to be brought back to life. I had many areas with poor coverage due to sinking risers and some that had broken and weren't working at all. Billy and Amy came by, diagnosed completely the problem areas, let me know about some risers that were not the correct spray pattern. Prior to any work, they detailed exactly what needed to be done and how much I would need to pay. The work was done quickly and I couldn't be happier with the result. Give them a call if you need work done, you'll be happy. read more

Honest, on-time and affordable service. Called Billy Wilson to fix a couple of heads and check my system before winter. 20 minutes and $39 later we were good to go. He also had some do-it-yourself suggestions on our drip lines that saved us a bundle of money. read more

The absolute best. You might have a wait till Billy can get out to see you, but it is 100% worth it. Honest, upfront with costs and keeps you up-to-date if new problems are revealed during work being done. My only regret is that we waited this long to reach out to them!!!! Billy and Amy are the best of the best. read more

These are the most dishonest people I have ever meet. They are not up front with there pricing. If they would have told me that the bill was going to be $920.00 for 2 1/2 hours work I would have sent them pack. They charged me $30.00 for 2 risers you can get and any hardware store for about $2.50. Please think twice before hiring them. read more

Billy and Amy are the best. Their honesty is refreshing. They will assess and tell you the truth, even if it means less money for them. They do the right thing. They solved an issue with a sprinkler station and gave me great advice. They are also very friendly. They are my go-to sprinkler repair team. read more

Billy came to our house to repair a broken valve - one of our zones was leaking from every sprinkler head. Billy's wife Amy set up an appointment right away, and then he was actually able to come much earlier than expected. Billy diagnosed the problem right away, and the fix was quick. He also helped us locate all of our valve boxes, since we moved in a year ago and the boxes were hidden (or in two cases, built over). Billy and Amy were both very pleasant, friendly, and professional. I would definitely hire them again. read more
