I noticed water in the drip pan under our hot water heater that is located in a garage closet. I started calling some local plumbers to get some pricing. One company I called said they would need to order it. Then I decided to call Apex Plumbing since I knew that's where it was purchased the last time. And they had some in stock! DJ was very professional on the phone and quoted me a good price and said he was available the following morning. He had excellent communication and customer service skills. He arrived on time, switched out the hot water heaters, fixed the leak and left the work site clean. He also took the time to show my hubby how and when to drain it once a year.
