We live in a new David Weekley neighborhood. To shield the established homes from the construction area, and keep nails off our private streets and drives, DW put up barricades to keep the construction people in the area designated for them. Proficient was here to pour two foundations and one of their pump trucks broke down. Instead of calling the Construction Supervisor with DW, they broke down the barricade, broke a window and began bringing multiple concrete trucks down the protected drive. When a homeowner inquired to insure the replacement of the barricade, the man identifying himself as the Foreman said "f-you". The construction supervisor was immediately informed who texted for clarity on which barricade (obviously had no knowledge) and he said they should be working only on the construction side. When told what the Construction Supervisor had said, he repeated "F-you" more than a dozen times! The DW Supervisor contacted him and corrected him and he continued to rant. I know DW doesn't tolerate its constructors treating its customers as such, but the real question is, why does Proficient Concrete employ such people. A full report has also been given to David Weekley Homes. Proficient Concrete personnel are NOT very Christian!
