Called and scheduled a quote with Josh. All I needed was him to cut my lawn and he couldn't even do…read morethat! He would make plans to come a certain day & time and never showed up. I would wait for a text or call and nothing. He did this multiple times. Each time, I had to call & text repeatedly to reschedule. I'm a very nice person and I'm patient. I had even scheduled a landscaping project and agreed to pay the $135/hr for 7 hours of work. He blew that by not even bothering to show up to mow. I don't have time for this. My house is the first near the entrance of my community and I have to have a nice lawn and landscaping. I would give ZERO stars if possible. Very disappointed to be left hanging and to this day he has not bothered to explain the unprofessional manner of setting a timeframe and never showing up. This is the 3rd time he did it. Shame on them for treating clients like they're nothing. Find another company that has the time to respond to clients.
