Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Jason quickly came out, assessed the area and recommended what it needed. He even walked me through why some boards needed replacing. After providing an estimate, which was very fair, he got to work as soon as he wrapped up his current project. Even with thunderstorms, Jason completed the job quickly! He clearly has an eye for doing quality work as he found a water damaged post and replaced it for a minimal amount. This company is horrible at being upfront about cost, what they are spending on your behalf and then you have a bill. Will not show receipts, amounts spent, nothing just a no we are not showing you. Actually the man said "Don't worry about it" That was from the owners father who showed up several times to work at the house after drinking and smelling of alcohol. Would stand around and want to talk and not work. When work was done wrong, did nothing to try to make it right. Used low grade products, employing anyone who would just throw cabinets, trim or tiles in however. Nothing lines up in the kitchen, tiles where I didn't want them, and just a very shotty job on everything. They also would not show up for days because they said they had bigger more expensive jobs to keep happy and I would have to be squeezed in because it wasn't a big money project. $87K I wouldn't consider that too small Especially when I didn't get near $87K in product or work. Please check everything you can when checking into picking a company. I was in a panic after a flood and went with who my plumber suggested. They were surprised too.

My mother hired them after she experienced a busted pipe in her attic from the 2021 snow storm..Full disclosure was given up front to I10 that i lived in the home and had underlying medical conditions and what our plans were in hiring a remedial company to do remedial and demo work on the home and I10 was to do the construction/build back. we contacted remedial companies prior to the signing of the contract on 2/20. long story short, they over stepped their boundaries with 2 remedial companies, one they went as far to cancel them coming out to the home without our knowledge. This is not acceptable nor is is good business practice. They said they did so becasuse they were going to do the demo, they werent approved to do demo nor were they told to do demo work on the home, they kept insisting to do it though. This has cost us time on getting the home properly mitigated so it can be fixed. Now they cancelled our contract due to their inability to work with the underlying medical conditions that they were aware of when the contract was signed. I have documentation to back all this up.
