On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Do not be concerned with Zelle-ing the owner directly.

He only said he didn't see anyone and had to get to another site. I asked him how he was planning on letting me know and he said something to the effect of he figured I'd find his number. It then took multiple texts and phone calls to get him so send his insurance information to me. He was driving and acted inconvenienced when I asked him to either return to the site or pull over to send the information to me. He finally sent the insurance to me. I've since filed a police report and contacted my and his insurance. Hopefully it gets taken care of. All in all, this company is either owned by or employees people that will knowingly hit and run. Careless, and they don't care if screws are left in your driveway or sharp pieces of metal in the yard, so dangerous. They certainly knew we had dogs that used the yard. After cleaning up all the screws WE could see I still got a flat tire in the driveway. Oh wait, there's more. They placed their materials on TOP OF OUR PLANTED AREA ON TOP OF PLANTS AND ON A SMALL SCULPTURE THAT WAS VERY EASY TO SEE. They broke the sculpture. There were plenty of other areas materials could have been placed, but they chose the planted area, so odd. There is no excuse for any of this. Be sure to insist crews use a large magnet to pick up metal around your home and blow your driveway off good afterwards. Not a great experience.
