They demanded to come see it, spent less than 5 minutes at the property (I don't think anybody even went on the roof) and then demanded I needed to get on the phone with them. When I got on the phone with them they told me it would be $1,500 (over triple what we were quoted elsewhere), and I immediately declined. They then condescendingly told me if I take the cheap route it would ruin the house, while not knowing who the other company is or what the quote even is to do. When I read their quote in depth the only additional think they were charging for was a roof inspection when they advertize that their estimates are free. Just a giant waste of everybody's time.

Brent and…read moreDaniel's bid was on the low end of multiple bids we received, lower than some bids by contractors with much less experience. Moreover, Brent was the first one to respond, and spoke to me on a weekend when no other contractor bothered to respond until the next Monday. On the very first day, Brent showed up to introduce himself to us, and I appreciated his curtesy towards me before any work even started. Our project took three days to complete. One day to set post and cure cement, one day to install frames for the fence and gate, and one day to complete the job. Daniel was there everyday (I believe Brent was there at least two days) working along his crew. They did a fantastic job, and the whole process was efficient and professional.
