Wow! Had such an exceptional experience with this company from start to finish!!!! Tony, Hameed. Maureen, and their whole crew! You guys are the best! What could have been a stressful situation with our fish tank leak turned into one of the smoothest, most taken care of experiences we've ever had. They came out immediately to assess the damage and jumped into action with our insurance, handling paperwork and advocating for us to make sure everything that needed to be covered actually was. From there, they truly managed everything. They kept us informed every step of the way with prompt, clear communication and photo updates (even on weekends and late nights) so we always knew exactly what was happening. They are incredibly detail oriented and proactive, constantly thinking ahead and making sure nothing was missed! One of the most impressive parts was how much they supported us beyond just the floors. They arranged for someone to pack up our entire home, which was a lifesaver with a toddler. Estrella was amazing with my toddler and worked so quickly and thoroughly. She made our home look like it was from Pinterest! They also helped get us approved for a rental, and we were able to stay comfortably in a local Airbnb while everything was being completed. The quality of the work is outstanding. Our floors look absolutely beautiful and the craftsmanship is truly top tier. They went above and beyond by helping get our air ducts cleaned through insurance due to the dust from the project, and they were extremely thorough in protecting everything in our home during the process. What really sets them apart is the level of care. They didn't just complete the job, they made sure our entire home and family were taken care of. They even helped with unpacking and getting everything organized when we moved back in, which made the transition feel effortless. Honestly could fully trust them with our home, which is rare. They turned a disruptive renovation into something that felt almost like a break for us because they handled everything so seamlessly. I cannot recommend them enough. If you want a team that is professional, efficient, detail oriented, and truly goes above and beyond, this is who you hire!!! Thank you guys so much for making our house a home! read more

Initially we contacted Tony for some concrete work we wanted done in our backyard. He met us at our house with Hameed and his concrete contractor. We ultimately decided to have a large portion of our backyard/pool deck done and overlayed with stamped concrete. While they were there, Tony asked if we minded if he took a look at our roof. He pointed out multiple issues we had, and explained to us that he knows how to work with insurance companies, and he could get us a new roof with little out of our pocket. Tony is very intelligent and well versed when it comes to roofing. We agreed to contact our insurance and have an adjuster come out. Tony came out again when the adjuster came out and did most of the discussing with him. Insurance agreed we needed a new roof. Score!! Anyway, he was booked out quite a bit with his roofing jobs, but they were able to start the concrete work almost immediately. During the concrete process, there were a few issues that slowed the process up(holiday, weather, finding a pool leak, etc.) The process took a little longer than expected, and there were a few issues we wanted worked a little more, but in the end, we are super happy with the final product!! It looks really good and we love it! A few short weeks later, Tony worked our roof into his schedule. He was able to get insurance to pay for replacing all of our decking with thicker stuff, he upgraded us to 30 shingles, and gave us all new drip edge. All of that only took 2 days. The roof process was so smooth and seamless, and looks amazing! Tony is definitely my roof guy moving forward! Tony and Hameed are great guys, I am pleased to have met and worked with them. Prior to this, I was burnt out hearing from roofing contractors, but Tony definitely lived up to his reputation with us. Thanks again guys for all the awesome work you did for us!! read more

Sunshine Roofing & Remodeling - if I could give them 25 stars, I would!! They are by far the best contractors I have hired in the 20 years that I've owned my home. They did a full kitchen renovation for me, where a wall was removed and new cabinets, new countertops, new appliances and new flooring were all installed. Hameed and his team really set the tone when they came over to do the initial walk-through to see if the project could begin (it could not), and instead of saying "Hey lady, we have alot of other jobs we could be doing, why don't you let us know when you're ready for real?" - they said, "Do you need help? We can help you pack!" I thought that was the best reaction I could have hoped for. Hameed and I were in constant contact daily throughout the project, whether it was by text, email or a phone call. He made sure that I was aware of any issues encountered or whether I needed to come by to make a solutioning decision in person. He and I, and even the crew foreman, Mike, went on numerous visits to countertop slab warehouses so that I could find one that I really loved. They finished the project on time, with minimal follow-up visits for little things I found as I moved back and started using everything. Hameed made sure that any issues were addressed the same or next day. This was really the one chance I had to get my dream kitchen, and Hameed and team made that wish come true. I'm so smitten with my new kitchen! I hope to work with them on future home improvement projects before HGTV or some national show discovers them and gives them a huge exclusive contract to do renovations. Hameed, Tony, Mike, Dario, Alex and the rest of the team - THANK YOU!! read more

This is kind of a unique review. Being that we are a supply company here in the DFW metroplex. I, myself, being the owner, have worked with dozens of roofing contractors, and I am proud to say that Sunshine Roofing and Remodeling stands out as one of the most professional and reliable partners we have. I personally have had the pleasure of working with Tony and Maureen, also along with many of their crew leaders and sales associates. Sunshine Roofing is a contractor that will not be satisfied until their customers are happy. They are incredibly organized, providing accurate material take-offs and planning their orders well in advance, which ensures that their jobs run smoothly without unnecessary delays. They understand the products they are buying, and they do not cut any corners. Sunshine always orders the top-quality brands, that really helps with the best warranties. Also, VERY IMPORTANT: They are exceptionally responsible and pay their bills promptly, which is not always the case in this industry. This means that they work well with the insurance providers, and the homeowner never has to worry about any unforeseen nightmares regarding material liens, warranties, or unsatisfied crews or material suppliers. For over a decade Sunshine has an A Plus rating in this category. Finally, I frequently hear great feedback from homeowners after Sunshine has completed a project. Please feel free to reach out to our company with any questions. Clayton https://shadowroofingsupplies.com/ read more

Tony with Sunshine Roofing promptly came to my dad's house to visit with us and assess his roof needs. He worked diligently as my dad's advocate (and fight State Farm) on paying the claim for a clearly hail damaged roof. Tony waited patiently while my dad assessed options and considered other bids (all the while trying to assist in getting State Farm to pay on the claim. Tony special ordered the level 4 shingle to save my dad money on future insurance premiums, discounted his pricing as a senior and vet, and special ordered the lighter colored roof single color my dad preferred. When the time came to roof, Kevin was assigned as the project mgr - he, Tony and the crew went above and beyond in rebuilding my dad's antenna post, replacing rusted flashing by the chimney and skylight (with barely an added charge on the final bill). The work started in the morning and the roof was finished in one day. My dad is very happy with the work, the value, the cleanup but most importantly the communication. Highly recommend Sunshine Roofing because of Tony and Kevin's commitment to customer service, value, quality and more. read more

Sunshine Roofing replaced our roof a couple of years ago, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Tony was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, including working directly with our insurance company, which made everything much less stressful. The crew did a wonderful job, and we have been very happy with the quality of the roof. More recently, we had a leak that turned out not to be related to the roof, and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. After contacting several companies and still not knowing what type of service we even needed, I reached out to Tony to see if he had any recommendations. Instead of just pointing us elsewhere, he sent one of his team members to inspect our home, identify the source of the leak, and fix the problem for a very reasonable price. It is rare to find a company that stands behind their work and continues to help customers years later, even when the issue was unrelated to the original job. I am very grateful for Tony and Sunshine Roofing and highly recommend them for their professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service. read more

We had a fantastic experience with Tony and the entire Sunshine Roofing & Remodeling team. Our home is about 30 years old, and the original windows on the front of the house had started to rot and badly needed to be replaced. We received several quotes, and some were literally double or even triple what Tony and his team charged. What impressed me most, though, was that the better price did not come at the expense of quality or service. Tony and the team made multiple visits to carefully scope out the project, completed the installation professionally, and even came back afterward to perform a quality check and make sure everything was exactly right. That level of follow-through is hard to find. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that Sunshine does much more than windows--they handle roofing, remodeling, and a wide variety of other home projects. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and the overall experience. Tony has earned our trust, and Sunshine Roofing & Remodeling will be the first call I make for our future home projects. Highly recommend! read more

Roof Replacement Review I couldn't be happier with the roof project completed on my home. From the very first consultation, Tony and Maureen from the team was professional, transparent, and easy to work with. Workmanship The new roof looks fantastic. Every detail was handled with care, from the shingles to the flashing, and I feel confident it will protect my home for many years. Efficiency The crew showed up very on time on the project day and finished the job faster than expected without sacrificing quality. Communication I appreciated how Tony and Maureen kept me updated throughout the process. Any questions I had were answered clearly, and I always knew what to expect next. Sunshine Roofing & Remodeling -- Highly Recommended I would recommend Sunshine Roofing & Remodeling without any hesitation for friends and family alike. Owner Tony and his team are transparent, fairly priced, and incredibly fast -- my steep-roof replacement took just two days. The crew kept the job site spotless, even using magnet sweepers to clear stray nails from the driveway and yard. Tony walked me through every detail upfront so there were no surprise costs, and the roof has held up perfectly since. He's also handled the entire insurance process for me -- he knows the relevant clauses cold, works directly with adjusters, and documents everything with photos and videos. Customer service is excellent: same-day responses to every question, and they proactively came back a year later to service the vents and leaf guards. I rate them #1 for hail damage repair, attic ventilation upgrades, and interior renovations. Multiple homes in my family have used them for roofing, remodeling, fencing, and decking -- I'd hire them again without hesitation. read more

If there were more stars available, I would give them. I had a leaky roof valley during the rainy part of the year in the metroplex, so I was eager to get the problem fixed. After speaking with several roofers and lots of frustration, Sunshine Roofing came across my plate due to a friend's recommendation. At this point I just wanted the problem fixed and didn't care if the roof looked mismatched. Tony cared! Sunshine Roofing fixed the roof, matched the tile color, and it looks great! Tony was very personable, easy to stay in touch, he kept me informed of what materials they would use, when materials would arrive, when the workers would arrive and he even volunteered the workers names. The roofing team was courteous, answered my questions, and conscientious about keeping the area clean. After they were done, they cleaned up the area. As they were getting ready to leave, I found a nail. What did the roofers do? Well, they swept the area again! Next time I need a roof Sunshine is the first call I make. read more

Sunshine Roofing & Remodeling was recommended to us through a mutual contact. This was our first experience with a major renovation project after moving to the state and were nervous about how this would go. With the project having to go through an insurance claim, there was added complexity the team had to deal with. From the beginning, these folks not only were up front and transparent, but also helpful in making cost-effective decisions while still ensuring high-quality and elegance in design decisions. On top of all of this though, the biggest stress relief they assisted with was guiding us through the insurance process and chiming in whenever necessary to help explain to us and the insurance company what really needs to happen. We only ran into a couple of minor issues along the way that were resolved very quickly. Overall: - Excellent Communication - Timely Feedback - Friendly Attitude - Personable - Delivers a Great Product We are extremely grateful for this team and know you will be too! read more

Tony and his crew came highly recommended by another trusted vendor of ours (Leak Whisperers), and they truly lived up to that endorsement. From the start, Tony took the time to patiently understand our concerns with our custom-made windows, which were installed nearly 20 years ago. His team carefully measured the openings, placed the order for the replacements, and kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. Tony's attention to detail ensured that the new windows perfectly matched the existing ones on the ground level of our front façade. Today, his team installed the windows, and Tony personally stopped by to inspect the work. Despite working all day in the hot weather, his crew was courteous, professional, and happy to answer our questions with a smile. I highly recommend Tony for anyone seeking superior customer service paired with deep expertise in roofing and other home improvement needs. His professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship are truly exceptional. read more

First off I've never written a review before but had to for Tony and his crew at Sunshine Roofing & Remodeling. I'm a big stickler on things but Sunshine met and exceeded all my and my wife's expectations! They are very detail oriented and their customer service is truly one of the best I've experienced. Not only did they put up a great roof, in which I've received many compliments on, they also went above and beyond and repaired an on going leak we had that several roofers and a chimney expert in the past couldn't figure out. The leak was not on the roof but on side of chimney and because of their persistence and expertise - they figured it out and repaired. Again, these guys are awesome at what they do and take pride in it. It just makes you feel good when you find someone who is honest and know won't rip you off. Well worth the investment. - Adam read more

I can't say enough good things about Sunshine roofing, and remodeling . Tony, the owner is absolutely amazing. It was clear from the beginning that he generally cares about his customers. Manny, the painter, who was on site went above and beyond the entire project. He communicated extremely well with Brent and myself and kept us informed and was always courteous attentive to details. I have owned three houses and have worked with quite a few contractors over the years, but never worked with a contractor that was so passionate about their work as Tony team . Their dedication , communication and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. I would highly recommend sunshine roofing and remodeling to anyone looking for a contractor who truly cares about the quality of their work for their customers! FIVE STARS all the way! read more

My wife and decided to replace all the flooring in our two-story home. This flooring was 20 years old and needed to be upgraded. A friend of ours had used Sunshine Roofing & Remodeling so we gave them a call. When Tony came to our home to provide us with a quote, we discussed some other possible upgrades we had been considering. This included painting the inside of our house, changing the size of our island so that it was a lot bigger, new flooring downstairs and carpet upstairs. He is very knowledgeable about what changes and colors would look great including updating fixtures. His final quote was very reasonable. So, we contracted with them to make all of these changes. Our home doesn't look the same. Everyone that has seen our home after all these changes just loves the new home. We would highly recommend Sunshine Roofing & Remodeling. read more

Sunshine Roofing truly came through for me when I discovered hail damage on my roof. With little experience in home repairs or dealing with insurance companies, I was overwhelmed, but Sunshine Roofing guided me every step of the way. They worked closely with my insurance company to ensure I received the maximum benefit, recommended upgrading to impact-resistant shingles which saved me money on insurance and patiently helped me select a color that made my house stand out in the neighborhood. Their crew were extremely careful around my landscaping, leaving everything untouched and pristine. Most importantly, the entire process was completely stress-free. My experience with Sunshine Roofing was excellent, and I would highly recommend their team to anyone needing roofing services. Thank you Tony and Maureen! read more

Sunshine Roofing and Remodeling was so easy to work with. They had been highly recommended by friends, and I see why. I first texted Tony on a Friday, and the entire project was completed on Thursday of the following week. From our first meeting where Tony enthusiastically talked about roof choices and made helpful suggestions like adding gutter screens and more attic ventilation, I felt more like family than a client. Tony worked with the insurance company to get the estimate correct, came by both days while the work was being done, and made sure everything was done correctly. This is the third time I've gotten a new roof on this house in 30 years, and it was by far the best experience. It's an inherently messy process, but the crew was careful and respectful of my property, and it looks great! read more

I highly recommend Sunshine Roofing for any exterior repair projects, both big and small. They are very easy to work with and completed all of our repairs in a professional, timely, and cost effective manner. After a hail storm, our property sustained substantial exterior damage leading to us to file an insurance claim. We spent almost a year trying to navigate the insurance process, coordinate estimates and schedule the work to be done. On a referral we contacted Sunshine Roofing. Within 4 weeks, Tony had assessed the damage, "decoded" all the insurance documents for us, provided an accurate estimate and completed all the repairs to the stucco, metal work and replaced the roof. Tony even coordinated with the insurance adjusted to ensure all needed repairs were covered. read more

We can't say enough good things about JR and his team at Sunshine Roofing. From start to finish, they were incredible partners--professional, dedicated, and truly on our side throughout the entire process. JR and his crew walked us through every step with patience, clarity, and care. Their communication was outstanding, and they made sure we understood what was happening at every stage, which really put our minds at ease. What stood out most was how hard Sal and JR fought for us. It was clear that they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for our home and our family. We're so grateful for their hard work, honesty, and commitment.
