Roof was in really bad shape and in need of replacement. After calling 4 companies, Medina Construction was the only one that replied and offered to send a tech out. Appointment was scheduled and tech never showed. I was getting discouraged but I received a prompt response from Marcial apologizing for the inevitable circumstance that was, in fact, out of his control. He offered to come out the next day. He came out quickly and assessed the roof. He was professional, helped me with speaking to my insurance and even came out to meet with the adjustor days later. I was hoping to get a new roof completed before the Thanksgiving holiday and Marcial made it possible. Workers arrived promptly at 7:30 am on the day promised and had the work completed in 1 day. I could not be happier with the results. Happy to say that this is the most professional roofing company I have ever dealt with. Marcial submitted a very detailed, comprehensive bid for replacing my roof which told me exactly what I was getting. At our initial visit, he took his time and answered every question I had. My request for white Timberline shingles was apparently unusual, but I requested white for energy conservation reasons - and Medina found them! Another roofing company had told me they were only sold in Florida. The installers arrived on the specified date and at the specified time. They were neat, well-organized and efficient. The roof was completed faster than I expected and I'm sure it was because the crew was so well organized and actually worked as a team. The clean-up was complete and thorough - not a single scrap of paper or wrapper or nail has shown up. Looking forward to having Marcial and his crew back to re-roof a garage and shed this fall.
