I have now used Arrington Roofing twice for minor leaks. The first time, it was a roof repair around one of my HVAC vents. Most recently, it was for a skylight that wasn't well secured. Both times, they gave me a fair quote and they did the work immediately. They treated me with respect and they explained the work, sharing images of the problem/solution. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to my family & friends. read more

Dakoda and Medford were so quiet we hardly knew that they were there. They cleaned up everything, totally spotless. We were very happy with the whole deal. Thanks Arrington, Medford and Dakoda. read more

Arrington Roofing is spectacular. Being a property insurance adjuster, I had been involved with them over the past several years and I have been very impressed with their knowledge and work. Many roofers do not want to "hassle"or attempt roof repairs. I had a skylight which leaked, and they were my first option. They stated they would proceed with the repairs. Employees Dakoda, Mario and Chance came out, replaced the skylight and roof flashing and a nearby turtle vent with no issues. They installed and tied-in the new shingles to manufacturer's specifications and the job looks great. Since then we have had several severe rains and experienced no leaks at the repaired area. Again, thanks to all for doing such a great job. I sure appreciate your professionalism. read more

Excellent service on small job. Impressed with professionalism. They didn't try to blow up the project and make it into bigger more expensive project. I will call them first next time. read more

Maybe it's me. Maybe I just have s**t luck with any contractor I deal with. Sadly, I've had another poor experience on a seemingly mundane roofing project. But maybe, it's just the way it is no matter where you source your contractors from. This was a personal referral but you can pick your poison using any lead aggregator. From Angie's list to TGCL to Home Advisor, they all are the same. The sales guys are super interested in you up until the point the job is done and the checks have cleared. After that, you become a very low priority and this morning was a prime example of just how low. I recently had Arrington install a new roof for my home, garage, and garden shed a few months back. Everything went smoothly and the job was done in a single day. Overall, I felt happy about the quality but saw a few things that a had questions about (exposed nails, wood that needed replacing) but let it go. Recently, however, I noticed while removing paneling in my garden shed, that there was water leaking into all four walls. Was this the fault of Arrington? I don't know but I contacted my sales guy, Ken to have him come by and have a look. My first contact was Saturday, June 6 at 3:32 pm to make him aware of the situation. He responded and told me he would check his schedule on Monday. Monday went by and I didn't hear back. I texted him again on Tuesday, June 9 at 3:15. No response. Texted him again on Friday at 1:16 pm. He finally texts me back half an hour later explaining that I wasn't forgotten, but that he has been busy. After that, we texted back and forth and settled on a time. So since I seem to have a little unexpected free time this morning, I thought I would write down my thoughts. If you haven't picked up on it yet, I was stood up. Never mind I tried to be flexible to accommodate Ken's busy schedule. Never mind that I had to alter my schedule, get up extra early despite having to work late last night. Forget the fact that I am busy too and have things to do too. The truth about any contracting company is that once the project is done, once the money is secure, you, the customer have to be the one to follow up if anything goes wrong. Ken texted me after I texted him that I was in the back waiting for him...well ... How would you feel? read more

I was waiting to write a review until we had a good rain. I had a problem around my chimney, water seeping into my living room, in several areas. Peter, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, examined the area, took pictures, showed me the problems and what he intended to do to fix the area. It rained hard today and for a long period, no leaks!!! Thank you Peter for your enjoyable and excellent service. read more

This is a remarkable and unique company. My project was executed with the precision of an engineering project. I was provided with progress reports daily, documented with numerous photos, even those from an overhead drone. Indeed James Townsend, who managed my project, is an architect. He did a great job for me! I could not have been more pleased with the outcome of their work. I recommend Arrington without reservations. David R read more

They seem to have learned from previous yelps. They came out today to look at my roof. Upon inspection they had digital pictures. They didn't try to replace the whole roof as another contractor wanted to do; only repair the area that was damaged and perform some basic maintenance (my roof is only 7 years old) Since it was scheduled to rain, they installed a temporary fix for the gaping hole that was in my roof; to hold over until they could do the larger repair. I am writing this as the storm clouds roll-in; feeling pretty good about calling them out. The quotation was a simple form with pre-priced items that include parts and labor. Pretty straightforward and void of any over-charging. Assuming that the final work is as good as today's experience I am going to keep it at five stars. ---Updated --- The workers came out and completed the work per spec + some. I crawled up in the attic post work and they had taken the time to dry out the under-hang to ensure no mold development. - When they do the final inspection (I assume monday) - I will see the top. ---Updated Again--- They came out and inspected, ended everything with before and after pictures... I have to say that this is the best contractor experience I have ever had. read more

I highly recommend Arrington Roofing! I had a couple of pretty bad roof leaks and the 2 other roofing companies I called couldn't find the problem and wanted to replace the entire roof. I was so impressed with Arrington's tech Cameron. He came for the quote, cost around $40 which is applied if you book work, and found the problem areas right away! That's such a deal for professionals who actually know what they're doing. They came back to make the repair and it only took half a day. They matched my existing shingles and I haven't had any leaks since. They guarantee their work which is why I went with them. I totally trust this company and would recommend them for any roof repairs needed. read more

My husband and I used Arrington Roofing as our conractor to replace our roof damaged by hail. We worked with Jim Bronaugh, whom we knew from a previous contracting job. Jim and Arrington did a terrific job, found ways to improve the available options and saved us money. We recommend their quality, integrity, ease of doing business and expertise. read more

Arrington Roofing is the best. We had a shingled roof with a flat roof section. They did both beautifully. We needed it done in a quick timeframe to save a contract to sell our house. They were great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Also, they are all very very nice. read more

WONDERFUL experience with Arrington! I had a leak during the downpour a few weeks ago and called Arrington based on a referral. Cameron came out a day later, quickly figured out what the problem was, gave me a very fair quote and did the work quickly, expertly, with no muss, no fuss. No up-front charges, no upselling, nothing but great, fast, trustworthy service, and a 10-year guarantee. Absolutely stellar. Seriously. I totally recommend Arrington (and Cameron - we like the same music!) 100 percent, I'll never use anyone else! read more

I am a real estate broker and have been using Arrington Roofs for a few years and my business partner closer to 8 years. They are honest about whether roof needs replaced or just repaired. When they actually have to do repairs or replace the roof, they do an excellent job. You can't go wrong with Arrington Roofs! read more

We only had repair work done, not a complete roof replacement, but our experience does seem to demonstrate the company's integrity, and I am inclined to use their services again in spite of what transpired. The repair work included the installation of a ridge vent, the painting of several existing roof vents, the removal/patching of a bulge in the roof decking, and fixing a few "pop-ups" where existing shingles were not lying flat. All of this work was done in about five hours by a two-man crew. Two days later I went up on the roof and videotaped in detail the work that had been done, just for the sake of documentation. We decided to provide the video to company management so that we could ask a few questions, because a few choices were puzzling to us. Management viewed the video and responded promptly, letting us know that mistakes had been made and that they would send another crew to our house the next day to COMPLETELY re-do the job. (We hadn't even asked for a re-do; we had just politely presented them with several questions. But the video told them everything they needed to know.) The second crew had three men, none of whom had been there the first time. I got the impression the company was making an effort to send more experienced people for this second attempt, to really treat us right, and we appreciated that. They completed the re-do in about four hours--including a complete replacement of the entire ridge vent and repainting of the existing vents--and there was a distinct improvement in the look of the roof. So, to sum up, we appreciate the company's conscientious response to the mistakes made by the first crew. The employee who gave us the initial estimate--Aaron--was particularly helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. I would recommend the company, but with the warning to pay close attention to their work and to photograph the results, and don't be afraid to ask questions. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company. This was the first time I have had to replace a roof and Randy was so helpful. He guided us through the entire process and was very thorough in answering all of our questions. Randy made himself available anytime we even called him on Sunday and he took the call and helped us. The roofing crew was very courteous. The cleaned up the yard before leaving. Everything they said they would do they did. I will have them out later to do some more roofing work for us. I had what I thought was a roof leak and called Arrington my roofers. It was Sunday morning and the ceiling dry wall was bulging with water! This couldn't wait! The owner of Arrington called me back and came out to determine what was going on. It wasn't the roof. He spent the time to figure out that it was actually the HVAC unit and helped put a pan where it was leaking. Outstanding customer service on a Sunday by the owner! By the way, because the problem wasn't the roof, he didn't charge me for the visit. WOW! I Highly recommend Arrington Roofing. read more

Working with Arrington Roofing was AWESOME! The techs who handled the work were extremely knowledgeable, clearly explained everything to me, and did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. The most trustworthy and honest company!! I'm so appreciative of their workers and service, thank you Arrington!!

In late October 90-mile/hour straight-line winds left my roof in shambles. Arrington Roofing was able to take off my old roof and construct a new roof, all in one day before another wave of severe storms hit our community. I called them on a Tuesday and had a new quality roof that Friday! read more

Arrington did a great job re-roofing my house, and more importantly a great cleanup--not a single flat tire! There was two minor followup issues. Two incredibly nice young men did the work. My 92 year old neighbor who sometimes gets confused, saw the truck and thought they were from a water delivery company and came over to ask them about service. Instead of telling her she had the wrong company, those kind young men looked up the info on a water delivery company and gave it to her. Now that is service! read more

I have been trying for three months to have Arrington Roofing come do some repair work on my warehouse roof. A fellow showed up, looked around and left. When I heard nothing from them for 2 weeks, I called and the repair guy finally sent the promised quote which differed from the amounts on the attached price sheet. Then there was another lull for several weeks, and that contact led to no response. The owner refused to communicate with me, and showed no interest in finding and repairing the leaks. I am still waiting, although I intend to start looking elsewhere. I had them do some work a few years ago and they were much more responsive. Sad to think they've gone downhill. read more
