After many weeks of nothing we hear on Tuesday Nov. 10, when I called them, that they would have a team out to our house on Friday Nov 13th which was 1 month exactly after we sent them notification their bid was accepted. They sent 1 person Friday afternoon that had no knowledge of the project and told us he was only there to paint. Nobody arrived to do the rest of the work, then later that afternoon I got a call and was told a team would be out Monday for the rest of our project. After 13 hours of the painter on prem between Friday and Saturday only half of the first coat of paint was done. When I complained to Chance Gaylord, the owner, he told me they will cancel the project, refund my deposit and good luck! With the holidays just around the corner our home is in chaos and have had to tell our daughter she cannot come home from school. We have to start this process all over again, MD Construction has been an absolute nightmare. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, NO PROJECT PLANNING, & Very RUDE OWNER! Not only did Restoration Roofing replace our roof they upgraded it and when our insurance and mortgage company decided to fight each other leaving me and my wife in the middle of it to cover costs, their manager Chris Wander walked us through the steps and was super patient to get paid on work he and his team had already done.
