(especially when watching the exposed wood-composite of two of my neighbors get rained upon because their contractor was apparently more interested in schedules than the home they were working on). Sometimes James was difficult to get on the phone but he always, without fail, communicated via email, text or callback within 2-12 hours, sometimes quicker. The crew showed up timely, did great work, cleaned up daily and they were done on schedule. They were all very friendly and courteous and respectful of us and our property. They blamed everyone else instead of taking responsibility for the damages to my house. They blamed the gutters and they even tried to say the water damage was from the previous roof that was placed 5 years ago. I asked why they didn't fix it or at least tell me about the "water damage at the time they replaced the roof" and their response to me was "your insurance wouldn't have covered it." (That's because there was no damage when they replaced the roof) It would have been nice to know about it if it was in fact "already there". FYI my home inspector said the roof was structurally sound before the roof was replaced in February. Terrible customer service is all I can say and an expensive mistake on my part. I will not be using this roofing company ever again and anyone else thinking about using them should think twice!

However, I was amazed how stress free this actually was. Ray Everett from Nabors handled it perfectly. He met with my insurance company and helped me place the claim. I actually did nothing after that. Nabors handled it all. Now for the best part. My roof looks amazing. They came in like a tornado early in the morning, removed all the old roofing materials and by 7pm were basically done. Everything was back in order just like they were never there.
