Robert Baldwin of KPost, however, advised me to escalate my claim by invoking an appraisal process in my policy that required a re-inspection with an independent adjuster. Long story short, USAA changed its decision and agreed to pay out for a new roof, saving me $15k. USAA was very non-responsive and difficult but Robert kept pressing over six months until we got them to act. Then when it was time to replace the roof, his team did an excellent and professional job under a tight timeline. Robert and KPost will definitely get my business in the future. I highly recommend them.

I could have had an opportunity to find someone else but that's a nonstarter. Very disappointed. Not very professional, poor communication.

Every step of the way the Project Manager, Sam, has been clear, professional, kind, and best of all works incredibly hard to see that everything is done right AND is a bulldog when needed to deal with the insurance. I honestly shutter to think how different this experience might have been with another builder! They know how to help you navigate the process well! The crew has been respectful and kind too. We cannot wait to move back into our TRock built home! We would, absolutely and without hesitation, recommend TRock!

Very professional, no pressure, clear on what was going to happen and when, cleaned up the job site completely, and left us with a great looking roof. It was clear that their crew has worked together for years, because they were extremely efficient (finished our roof in one day). I also appreciated how they gave us options on different grades of shingles and explained the pros and cons of each. We had our roof done by a different company 4 years ago and it was a nightmare... so glad we found Proficient this time!

I was about to go with a 3rd company who gave me a very high quote until I reached out to Marc at MD Construction. That is when my experience immediately went from bad to great. Marc was so helpful and supportive. I no longer had to deal with my insurance company and the inspector. He took over and spent hours on the phone negotiating on my behalf. He not only fixed my roof where I had hail damage, but he also fixed some poor workmanship done by my builder which the three other companies didn't even point out during their inspection. I decided to have him manage all of the contractors to fix my gutters, windows, etc. because I was having trouble with the guys I hired to fix my stucco. He removed all of my family's stress and has earned a lifelong customer.
