If you're looking for a roofing company that truly delivers on every promise--and then exceeds it--I cannot recommend Jimmy Kissamitakis and the team at Rowley Roofing and Construction highly enough. From the very beginning, Jimmy set the tone with exceptional communication. Every step of the process was clearly explained, timelines were honored, and I always felt informed and confident in the work being done. In an industry where that level of transparency can be rare, it made a huge difference. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is outstanding. You can immediately see the attention to detail in every aspect of the project. One of the most impressive upgrades was to my turrets--they honestly look better now than when my home was first built. That level of pride in their work really shows. The crew was professional, courteous, and incredibly respectful of my property. They worked efficiently without ever cutting corners and kept everything remarkably clean throughout the entire process. Not a single nail or piece of debris was left behind, which gave me real peace of mind--especially with a pool to protect and a dog running around. It's clear they go the extra mile to make sure homeowners don't have to deal with any added stress. What truly sets Jimmy apart, though, is his character. He went above and beyond on multiple occasions, even taking the time to help me with a few things around the house that I couldn't quite reach myself (being vertically challenged has its moments--LOL). That kind of kindness and willingness to help says everything about the type of person he is. There were absolutely no surprises--everything stayed within the agreed-upon budget, and the value for the quality of work is exceptional. It's rare to find a company that combines honesty, skill, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers the way this team does. At the end of this project, I didn't just gain a beautiful new roof--I gained trust in a company I would confidently recommend to anyone, and even a new friend in Jimmy. If you're considering roofing work, do yourself a favor and call Jimmy and his team at Rowley Roofing and Construction. You won't regret it. P.S. This Seabee is reluctant to compliment a Jarhead too much... but the quality and professionalism speak for themselves read more

After the April 21, 2017, hail storm which damaged virtually all of the homes at Whitley Place, I contacted our insurer, USAA (San Antonio). USAA sent an inspector to determine the extent of the damage. The inspector recommended Rowley Roofing & Construction as a possible company to do the roofing repair and fixing the collateral damage. I subsequently contracted with Rowley Roofing, Colson Rowley (the owner), who is a former US Marine and a USAA member himself, twice visited with me on site, and his project managers, Dana Gregory and Lisa Day, were polite and meticulous at keeping me briefed as to all steps along the way, by personal contact, email, and telephone. They followed up on every last detail of the repairs needing to be done. The office manager, Mandi, handled the paperwork and claims with both my mortgage company and the insurance company. I'm very pleased with not only the quality of the work but the personal touch they had with me as a client. read more

I live in the McKinney area, and my house was hit badly during hail storms this past spring. After carefully interviewing several roofing companies (Had heard some bad experiences from a few friends with roofers so was skeptical), I chose Rowley Roof and Construction to replace my roof and do all needed repairs to my home. Thankfully, I made the right choice! They were so great to work with. The repairs and new roof are high quality and all work was completed in a timely manner. I worked with Dana, he was amazing! He walked me through the process from beginning to end. He worked around my crazy work schedule, and is all about customer service, which is huge for me! He went above and beyond, and if I ever need any further repairs to my home, he will be the first I'll call. Highly Recommend! read more

One of our friends had referred Daniel Santana (ph: 214.407.1518) to us after Apr-May 2017 hailstorms. Daniel, Rowley Roofing & Construction, did a very good job in getting our 7yr old hail damaged roof replaced. He kept us informed at every stage while he and his team interacted with the insurance provider to have our claim settled at no cost to us. Daniel also helped us in chosing "Moire Black" shade for the 30yr new roof, which we like a lot. Thanks to Daniel for going extra mile to have an ugly looking, a few feet of water marking removed on our front wall by power washing. He made sure the gutters are properly joined so that water markings won't appear again. Over all, Daniel did an excellent job. I highly recommend him for any roofing work. read more

Rowley Roofing & Construction is fantastic! I can't recommend them highly enough. They are doing a complete facelift on the exterior of my home and just completed the rebuild on my water damaged chimney yesterday since they knew the rain was approaching today. If you need help please call them as they are meticulous in their work and have done a fabulous job on my home in checking the new shingles, installing new gutters, exterior paint, new garage door, screens, masonry repair, sealing of windows, new board on board Cedar fencing, & rebuilding of the chimney and garden window. They are fantastic in their communication and coordination skills and the quality is superb. If you do end up with damage, make sure and give Colson Rowley a call. read more

Hired (Dana Gregory) to install roughly 500 ft of gutter to an existing structure. Dana Gregory contacted me within minutes of submitting the project to discuss my needs. Dana was able to give me a rough quote on my project immediately based on my description. The next day he came out to review the structure and what it needed. The quote he provided was very lose to the actual cost. He was able to schedule my project the next day and get the gutters installed. The price was better than expected and the professionalism he and his crew displayed was excellent. When they left the property all trash, aluminum, screws...etc., was picked up. Great service provider." read more

I would highly recommend this company. Very responsive, came in the rain to tarp the roof on several occasions within 20 minutes of me calling. Every individual we worked with was nice, responsive, on time and very helpful in answering all our questions! The work quality is exceptional, matched our shingle color perfectly, finished work quickly, did a great job with clean up and were on time each day. The pricing was very reasonable and competitive with other local companies. 5 stars for sure!! Thank you Colson and Trent for making this process as smooth as possible! read more

I could not be more pleased with the job Mr. Dana Gregory did replacing my roof; from your proactive communication, your knowledge of filing insurance claims and roofing, to the quality of your materials, to how clean you left the homesite on a daily basis and after the completion of the job, to your attention to detail down to painting the new vent stacks on the roof without having to ask, and to the approaches you took to protect my home during the removal and replacement of the roof. I had my roof replaced a couple of weeks ago by Rowley Roofing. I highly recommend the company. Dana Gregory, my project manager, was very professional and helpful. He was there when our Allstate agent came out and ensured that Allstate fully covered our hail damage. There were things that would not have been covered if he had not paid so close attention to detail. I could tell that he takes pride in his work. Even after my project was completed, he came by to do a final sweep for nails. He was also very accessible throughout the project. read more
