He came out a few days later and did a very thorough inspection and explained the situation and all our options. There was absolutly no pressure and he knew we already had another bid. I am impressed by how this company began and who they are. They are firemen, first responders, and military men who provide a needed service for others with pride in their work. All communication was excellent. They completed our whole roof tear off and added a excellent new roof that actually has lowered our home insurance alot in less than a day! Clean up was excellent. He was knowledgeable and honest enough to let us know that the shingles that we have, & the ice and water issues we were experiencing, are actually due to a ongoing lawsuit with the manufacturer. He could've easily not told us that and charged us to do a whole new roof. He continuously worked with us for the following 6 months helping provide any information pictures, etc. so we can make a claim to get our roof covered. I submitted them as my preferred roofer of choice to fix the issue. Once everything was settled with the manufacturer, we were able to move forward with a new roof with Firefighter. They were professional, on time, skilled laborers, and did a beautiful job redoing everything. We had a couple of hiccups, they remedied everything quickly without hesitation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience! Kelton is the man!! We will be using them going forward & recommending them to friends and family. Thank you!

But, when we realized that the back side of our house did not have any gutters (UGH!), we had to look to experts. Especially as we entered into severe storm season, I was having nightmares about puddles against our house. After some looking around online, we found Reilly Roofing; I can definitely say, they deserve this five-star rating! Frank and his team did an amazing job! The finish was SO clean and incredibly professional. As soon as I sent an inquiry, Reilly Roofing was emailing to schedule a free estimate within hours. I was impressed. The cost estimate was so reasonable and affordable (and that's coming from two newlyweds who don't have much excess cash). Whenever we decided it was time to commit to the project, Reilly Roofing quickly installed the gutters within days. It was all so quick, simple, and refreshing. A couple of days later, Denton was hit with a storm. And, let me say, I've never been so happy to not hear a dripping sound out my windows. If you need new gutters - or some work on your roof - give Reilly Roofing your business! You'll be glad you did.

We reached out to Valley Ridge based on more than one neighbor having a positive experience (and a great looking roof)! My husband and I were fully bracing to be told that we would need a new roof. Zach, their residential sales representative, came out to do an inspection. Zach was friendly and informative. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. And after walking our roof (no drone), he reported that our roof was still in good shape with no need to replace it at this time. We have no doubt that other companies would have taken advantage of us expecting to need a new roof. Zach provided photos and took the time to point out areas to watch for. He even added a little silicon caulk around some minor areas. And all of this was a part of the free inspection! My husband and I are truly grateful for our neighbors' recommendation and Valley Ridge's integrity. When the time comes for our home to need a new roof, we know exactly who to call - Valley Ridge Roofing. Thank you so much!
