From start to finish, Jose was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. White Rock Roofing worked closely with my insurance company to ensure everything was seamless. Since we were replacing the entire roof, we decided to upgrade our old 80's acrylic skylights to new ones, add solar vent fans to replace the whirly birds, use Solarhide under the shingles and install a couple of additional soffit vents for better ventilation on one side of the house. The team handled all these upgrades efficiently and expertly. One of the standout aspects was their speed and efficiency. They completed the entire project in just one day! Despite the tight schedule, they worked diligently and left the property (pool included) clean after the job was done. The only minor delay was due to Tesla needing to schedule the removal and reinstallation of my solar panels, but White Rock Roofing scheduled around that without any hassle. The entire White Rock Roofing team is very professional and I strongly recommend them! It was my first time changing the roof on my home and they took care of me and everything! They helped me with the claim with my insurance, they explained the entire process, and they made sure I was 100% completely satisfied! My roof had a simple shingle material and they upgraded me to a 30 year Owens Corning Shingle, you can definitely see the quality. They washed and stained my fence, and installed a new gutter system. I wanted to make sure that the insurance company wasn't going to bully me, but I was also concerned about dishonest roofing companies (after a major hailstorm I felt like out of town companies were swarming in my neighborhood like ants.) After doing research on local companies I met with Julio and was very impressed with how thorough he was, and his attention to detail. My insurance company didn't make things easy by being slow to respond but Julio stayed in on top of the adjuster and kept me updated on the progress he was making. He even got them to reconsider several things they had originally denied with his extensive documentation (this alone saved me several thousand dollars out of pocket). One property was a completely new roof that looks great, and the crew did a great job cleaning up the jobsite. On a second property, WWR capped a chimney and fixed a leak on a roof that was done a few years earlier by a different roofer. Julio was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire project. He was always quick to answer my questions and I really appreciated his attention to detail. I had such a great experience with Jose and his team. They were very professional and they completed the work on time and within budget. I had a very bad roof leak and they repaired the roof and interior damage (replacing drywall, texturing, and painting) in a matter of days. The communication with Jose was great, too. Also a random detail but they did such a great job putting up plastic and making sure very little construction dust got into the rest of our house. We had a terrible experience with a contractor previously who didn't do a great job of that and we had dust everywhere constantly, which was very stressful with a newborn.
