On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. After a fairly rainy season, we had water damage inside our family room appearing along the seam…read morewhere the wall connected to the vaulted ceiling. It was a fairly long seam developing a crack, perhaps 8', but it did seem to us that the problem was originating at the top of the seam with the water running down the sloped ceiling. We had one company out and despite inspection of the roof they weren't able to pinpoint the issue... leaving us with one estimate to fix random "potential" sources of the problem and another quote to redo that entire side of the roof (even tho the shingles still had plenty of life time remaining). We called Ray for a second opinion. His inspection confirmed the roof is still good but revealed one shingle nail which had come loose, allowing rain to get under the shingle, etc. and run down the ceiling seam thanks to gravity. He patched up the bad spot in the shingle for very minimal cost. We waited three weeks, through some more rain, and confirmed that the drywall which was being damaged was now continually dry. Problem fixed! Ray then came out and repaired the damaged drywall seam between the wall and ceiling for very minimal cost. Ray is a gifted workman and honorable gentleman. Highly recommend.

He gave me the option of a quick patch on our 24 year old gutters, but also recommended a full replacement. He wasn't pushy or salesy, and we came to our own conclusion based on Ben's showing us the poor condition of our gutters to get a full replacement. We received our quote same day; I checked his price using online resources and found it to be reasonable. A 50% deposit was requested electronically, and my date for replacement was scheduled. The work was completed efficiently and professionally, all the while with great communication from Ben. I highly recommend this company based on their efficiency, communication and great work product. We will definitely use them again.

Although initial…read morecommunication was great, the company had to make several visits to my home in order to complete the job to my satisfaction. I spoke with Ben at AM Gutters and scheduled an estimate for December 10th. He texted the morning of the 10th to ask if we could reschedule for Wednesday the 11th, I told him no problem and ended up getting an estimate on the 11th for which I signed a contract. I was told that his crew would come out to install the gutters on December 18th. On December 18th, the crew still had not shown up by 3 pm that afternoon. I texted Ben and he let me know that they were on their way. When they showed up, the vehicle had the name and phone number of another gutter company which concerned me. I called Ben and he reassured me that these individuals were not subcontractors, that they were part of his crew. Because of their late arrival, the gutters were not finished that evening and I was told that they would return the next day to finish the job. The crew did return on December 19th to finish the job and Ben sent me a text stating that he had inspected everything and that it looked great. Since I had arrived home late that evening I did not look at the gutters until the next morning, December 20th. When I went to inspect everything, I noticed that the downspouts of the gutters were all at different heights, and that some of the gutters were draining directly next to the foundation. My understanding is that gutters are supposed to divert the rain water away from the foundation to avoid shifting of the foundation, so gutters that dump rain right next to my foundation were unacceptable. Also the fact that the downspouts were all various lengths looked unprofessional. I had also paid for screens to be installed on the gutters so that leaves would not accumulate in the gutters. When inspecting the screens, I noticed that there were a couple of gaps between screens that were installed, totally defeating the purpose of the screen. I contacted Ben on December 20th via text message and sent him photos of the things that I would like corrected. On December 30th, a different individual, in a completely different vehicle with yet another gutter company name and phone number on the side, came to inspect the gutters and see what corrections needed to be made. This same individual then returned on December 31st and finished the job satisfactorily. I feel that this company does use subcontractors to complete their gutter jobs, or at least several different crews, and the quality of workmanship depends on which crew you get. I have included photos of the different vehicles that showed up to my house, and the downspouts of various lengths. In the end I am happy with my gutters, but the whole process was frustrating.

The crew and everyone did a great job, but I will say that Freddy Hernandez absolutely crushed it! He took care of me throughout the whole process, start to finish, and truly went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the end product. Freddy originally came out to give a free estimate as I was looking to replace my entire gutter system. My intent was to hear him out, then compare pricing to other companies. Freddy spent a good 45 minutes surveying the house/gutters: used a drone to take ariel photos, up and down on the ladder taking measurements, etc. Afterward, he showed me all the pictures/findings, going into great detail to explain everything. I truly felt that Freddy was being honest with his recommendations. I anticipated a typical "sales pitch" and was waiting for him to try and convince me to purchase a bunch of "extras," but he didn't. I was really surprised that there was no pressure or gimmicks. Because he did such a great job and was super nice, I decided to forgo even looking at other companies and finalized my order with Freddy. The team was super communicative with the process and scheduling. No one showed up unannounced and the installation crew worked really hard and did a fantastic job! There was one small mishap - when removing my old gutters, a small portion of shingles were damaged. But, no hard feelings, I get that accidents happen. I told Freddy about it, and he immediately got it corrected (they sent a roofer to make repairs). The gutters look great and are holding up well, even in the heavy rain. There are no leaks and everything is working amazingly. Overall, great experience and I would definitely use this company again. If you're able to request Freddy specifically, I would recommend it. If he treats all customers this way, then I know he'll take care of you, and they'll do an amazing job

Now I have tried to set up estimate for other building. they have moved my appt one day back, and now I was just called they moved my appt back 8 days. called and there is nothing they can do??? they cannot handle the business.
