I wanted to support a veteran-owned business, which honestly made this experience even more…read moredisappointing. I had my gutters installed previously by the original builder for around $1,300. This company quoted me approximately $3,000 for what was essentially the same type of job -- more than double the price. I completely understand that businesses have overhead and prices change, but there's a difference between charging a fair price and simply being wildly overpriced. A quote of $3,000 for a job I previously paid $1,300 for was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because I genuinely wanted to support a veteran-owned company. I just can't justify paying more than twice what the same work has cost me before. Being veteran-owned is something I'm happy to support, but it shouldn't be used as a reason for customers to overlook an unreasonable price. Shop around and get multiple quotes before committing. I'm glad I did.

I needed larger gutters to handle the rain. I had a piece of my front gutter replaced, and the…read moreentire back replaced. Keith Caballero helped me understand what was needed to best suit my needs, provided an estimate outlining what we talked about, and provided a fair price. Note; they will not service existing gutters, they will tear out any existing gutters and replace, probably for the better. Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Do not be concerned with Zelle-ing the owner directly.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with them. Their general contractor and project manager,…read moreKevin Gayton, came to my home and left marketing materials even though I have two clear "No Soliciting" signs--one on the walkway and one on the front door. He didn't knock or ring, but my motion camera recorded him walking past both signs and hanging the ad. Knocking is not the issue. Leaving ads after passing two "No Soliciting" signs is still soliciting. It shows a blatant disregard for a homeowner's posted wishes. This is unacceptable. If a company can't respect a simple "No Soliciting" sign, why would you trust them to act ethically while working on your home? In my opinion, stay away from Apex Premier Roofing. I will not do business with them, and I've asked to be removed from their contact list. Companies should train their staff to read and follow signs. This experience tells me Apex Premier Roofing did not.

The owner Jose Muniz has blocked me because he didn't want me to say any more about the leaks we…read morehave from the rain gutters. In one section the water comes out of the gutter and drains rapidly down a wood beam. I met with him and then followed up with multiple requests to fix the leak, but he wants me to pay an additional $250 to fix the leak his gutters have caused. In a 2nd area, he installed a diverter that should not be there because we had put drains in the ground to catch overspray. This diverter caused a leaf backup and the result was the overflow water drained onto our wood porch and we have a leak under the porch. It would take a few minutes to remove this diverter, but again he wants to charge $250 to come out and remove it so the leak is stopped. The key with vendors is how they handle the situation when problems arise. The original pricing was fine, but the lack of warranty for the above issues is something you need to ask your potential gutter companies.

We contacted David at Myers Pro and were very impressed and relieved at how easy the whole process was. David is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and very obviously takes great pride in his work. His crew was fast and courteous and took great care in cleaning up after they completed their work. David answered every email, text, and phone call promptly (usually same day) and kept us in the loop on progress and timelines. It's a testament to the quality of work done and to David's commitment to outstanding service.
