They assured me that I didn't need to be at the property at all. Later that afternoon I checked to see if they were done and walked around the perimeter. I was beyond disappointed when I saw this mess, especially the very old, dead rat that was at the corner of the roof line. I immediately called their office around 3:30 the same day and they assured me the same crew would return by the end of the day to clean up. Thankfully they removed the dead rat and cleaned up the mess. They did follow up 2 days after I left a review from their email survey with a phone call. I let them know they lost business to work on other properties. The gentleman wanted to know what he could do to make things right at the property.

After checking that the new roof was not a problem, we planned to add a downspout to ensure the problem did not recur. I called A&B and described the problem. They were honest and up front that the problem was not likely caused by the gutters and that adding a downspout would not likely correct the problem. I very much appreciated the honesty and integrity of the person I talked to. They could easily have come out and installed the additional down spout and never addressed whether it would fix the problem.
