My second review! Water was overflowing in gutter. Called Gary and he discovered the nails supporting the gutter were not entirely into the wood so eventually the nails started ti give causing gutter to lean thereby causing water to overflow rather than flow and go to the down spout. Sorry if I don't make much sense but more importantly is Gary fixed the problem!! BTW Gary did not install these gutters!! Because if he had I probably wouldn't have had this problem!! We called due to a fallen downspout. They were very responsive, came over for an estimate and didn't add any pressure at all. We immediately schedule the repair. They were on time, friendly, professional and thorough. The work was top notch and we feel much better knowing the did a once over of our gutters and tightened down or restrapped where necessary. They also helped us with an area we've been having an overflow issue with. It has rained since then and our overflow issue appears to be solved. When I called to pay, the first thing I was asked was whether or not I was happy with the work and well-takes care of. I can't recommend this place enough. Thinking it was a gutter problem, I call The Gutter Brothers who came out. Climbed up on a ladder (vs just replacing the gutter), to diagnosed the issue. He discovered that the shingles on my roof had come up next to the gutter and that was what was causing the leakage as well as possible rain coming into my roof. He charge me nothing. Obviously incredibly honest. And amazing. I had called another gutter guy who didn't diagnose the issue correctly because he didn't climb up a latter and really evaluate the issue. Watch out that they inspect your fascia boards and soffits before replacing or installing gutters. Having gutters installed on damaged or rotting fascia boards is a waste of time and can do more damage. We found out the hard way. Just be careful. read more

We hired the Gutter Brothers to help with an issue where we were basically having a waterfall effect coming off the garage. The work was performed early July. We were told if what was done did not work, to call them and they would come back. We called 2 days later, and it is now September and are still waiting. We have called multiple times, texted pictures, spoke to the father and son and are still waiting. The work completed was sloppily done and did not fix the problem. We have since hired another gutter company and now need a roofing company to fix an issue the Gutter Brothers created. Do not hire! read more

Extremely disappointed as it turned out to be a complete waste of my time. I had an appointment with Gary for a quote, he showed up 45 minutes late and only after I called him to find out where he's at. He was a nice guy, so i decided to move forward with him anyway. He scheduled the work for the following week which was today between 8:30am and 9:00am. I took the morning off from work to get this job done. He was a no show, so I sent him a message at about 10am asking where he is. He called me at 10:20am and said his son was supposed to call me, but he can't be here until the afternoon, so i obviously canceled. We bought a home and did a massive renovation on it over six months. When the weather started to turn in the spring we quickly realized we had bad drainage and even worse gutters. I went on Nextdoor to find a good gutter guy and Gutter Brothers were it. Gary was awesome to work with. He came out and gave me an assessment of our job. He wasn't the cheapest option (cheapest isn't usually the best) but he was more than fair and does quality work. He gave me a bid that I was happy about. They added two more downspouts to help with drainage issues. They came out and removed our gutters and put the new ones up all in the same day. His son did the work with a team of guys. They are very precise with how they angle and measure everything so the water flows properly. They know that having the gutters under the drip edge of the roofing shingles is paramount a healthy system. Gary even came back out on his own time and dime to reconfigure a drip edge that was low in one given area I noticed after a storm. We are so happy with our new gutter system. We just experience a big storm today where we had 2.5 inches of water over 90 minutes and our gutters did the job. We have a massive roof so there is a lot of water to drain off. Wonderful work! The Gutter Brothers installed a complete new network of gutters on our two-story house in Oct 2017; I described the fantastic job they did in an Yelp review a few days later. Since that time, on two different occasions, I asked for a few modifications to the system because of my changing needs. They were great. Very responsive and did exactly what a wanted in a short period of time. On my first request for a modification, I asked for a change on a downspout. Although they did exactly what I wanted when they originally installed that downspout in 2017, I changed my mind about how far it should go away from the house. It turned out that I shouldn't have asked them to make it so far. They came promptly when I asked and made the modification. Recently I asked them to make another change to what I had originally wanted on another downspout, and they came in a couple of days to do the work at no charge. They are great guys to work with and VERY knowledgeable about their craft. I highly recommend them, and I would use them again without question. read more

Every now and then, one will luck out and find an honest and dependable company. This was one of those times. One of my gutters separated itself from my house. The remainder of my gutters required cleaning. I could have made flower boxes from some of my gutters. That's another story. I made an appointment through YELP. Very easy. Gary returned my email within thirty minutes. We set an appointment time to meet. He was there early. He gave me a good estimate for cleaning. He repaired my gutter while he was there. He did a great job. We set a date and time for the cleaning. We did postpone the cleaning due to our rainy weather. He texted me later with a new scheduled date and time. Gary's son and another person arrived early and spent about two hours cleaning. They did a fantastic job. They also sealed three corners where they observed leaking. Each experience was the same, prompt in returning calls, arrival within set scheduled time and all work done professionally. Gary and his son Josh have added another crew now and all stay very busy. Their prices are very reasonable in my opinion and I didn't/don't check for second opinions anytime before using them. If you don't reach Gary when you call, he will return your call in a reasonable amount of time.
