This company quoted me approximately $3,000 for what was essentially the same type of job -- more than double the price. I completely understand that businesses have overhead and prices change, but there's a difference between charging a fair price and simply being wildly overpriced. A quote of $3,000 for a job I previously paid $1,300 for was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because I genuinely wanted to support a veteran-owned company. I just can't justify paying more than twice what the same work has cost me before. Being veteran-owned is something I'm happy to support, but it shouldn't be used as a reason for customers to overlook an unreasonable price. Shop around and get multiple quotes before committing. I'm glad I did.

Note; they will not service existing gutters, they will tear out any existing gutters and replace, probably for the better. Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. I have been wanting to clean and repair my gutters for some time. I have been researching different…read moreservices all over town to find the right people. That's when I decided on Gutter Masters. I called and spoke to Harry. He's the guy who owns the place. His wife is the office person and they are both very nice. Harry informed me that he only gives quotes on Saturdays and performs the work during the week. So, we scheduled an appointment for Saturday. He showed up on time and evaluated my gutters. He was very thorough and submitted a detailed explanation. He also quoted a price. He did not charge me to come and review the gutters. The quote is good for 90 days. After two weeks, I called Harry and set up an appointment which was the very next day. He was on time and brought his helper. The great thing about Harry is that he quotes the job and he does the work himself. He doesn't leave until the work is complete. That's key to me. It's great to have him there doing the work and not a crew that could care less. He took down the gutters with the biggest problems. He cleaned them outside and inside, reset them with the proper pitch, replaced seals and screws and anything he needed to make them good as new. I mean to tell ya, those gutters were wobbly at first, but they were solidly placed back in position. And the gutters that didn't need to be taken down were inspected and fixed if needed.
