Wednesday the 19th I called the phone number on their website and here -- the phone number that apparently worked just fine when I was trying to get the estimate. No response. Thursday the 20th I called again. No response. I am so baffled by these companies that do not communicate with customers that want to hire them. UPDATE: He did not call me back after "checking his schedule." And why no response to my first phone call the previous day? He also seems to indicate that he received my first email, but not my second. I can post a screen shot of it, Jason, so frankly, I don't believe you. The fact is, you decided my job was too small to bother with, so you thought you would just ghost me. But then posted a response to my first review here within two hours of its appearance! Although I did receive other bids I chose Pyramid based on the promises they made to really take care of me right and I'm very pleased with how everything turned out. See pictures. One very positive thing was, I had much more than just my roof to be repaired, and they showed up to walk the house with the adjuster, that time spent was another reason I went with them, I felt they were more invested in the project. They will also work with your insurance company so you don't have to. They have been around a good many years and have maintained an A+ BBB score. I also appreciated that they had a man in charge that was here locally often(Tom) and I could text or call with questions. The owners are also available to talk to if needed. Overall: I am very pleased with my house and roof and feel they are a decent hard working company. Would recommend them and would use them again.

Sebastian was the person who came out and provide a quote. He was always incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Selvin was lead for the crew that came out. They came exactly when they said they would, installed everything quickly, and left the area clean (if not cleaner) than they found it. All of my interactions with the crew were very good and they worked so quietly, I was able to work inside my house with no problem. I think their customer service speaks for itself at this point, and I've included screenshots of their communication. The emails are from their business owner, while the Yelp response is from an employee. (Please check out their original response in my screenshot, they have since updated it to seem more professional). Here's the full story so potential customers can know what I experienced: My roof was completed in November 2019, so it was under warranty until November 2024. (Picture of contract is attached, it was not 2016 as their employee claims.) In June 2024, we had some leaks and the owner came out to investigate. We fixed the issues he pinpointed (leaves in the gutters and caulk around some flashing), but there was still leaking. A different roofer said the leak was coming from another location that they had not initially pinpointed. I tried to contact Brotherhood Roofing for the next 10 months, and they never returned my calls. In August 2024, their business was listed as closed, so I figured that was that. I still called to try and get this issue resolved. Today, in April of 2025, I received responses to my reviews on Yelp and Google, erroneously claiming that our install date was from 2016. I immediately reached out via phone call and email, hoping I could finally resolve the issue after 10 months. The company refuses to call me to discuss this. From my point of view, I am understandably annoyed about not receiving communication for 10 months and then receiving a sassy response to my reviews that tries to discredit me, with no attempt to resolve the issue. I no longer want this company to touch my home, but I think it's only fair to share the way that I have been treated so future customers can avoid the same experience. I hope that the company does not respond to this review and instead leaves me alone, as their communication with me has been very unpleasant and distressing. (Putting a fourth update here, since it's less important. Brotherhood continues to adjust their Yelp response to seem more professional and to discredit me. Luckily screenshots exist. The flashing they mentioned was under an eave, installed by our pest control company, and did not affect the roof. We do not have oak trees. They also said they would only re-inspect their work if I remove my reviews, which I'm not going to do. Their responses are continually baffling.) Second Update (after their Yelp response): I have a contract in my inbox dated 2019. I have emailed it to you. That maintenance was completed and the roof was still leaking. Another roofing contractor came out, looked at the roof, and confirmed that there was an area that was done poorly that caused the leak. You said you would contact me when that maintenance was completed. It has been. Please contact me. Update since I cannot reply to the business owner's comment: My roof was installed in November 2019, not 2016. I tried to contact them starting in summer of 2024, when my roof WAS still under warranty, and they did not respond and their business was listed as closed.
