They came to our home at least 3 times. Took pictures, talked the talk and then when I asked for a quote/pictures they would not send anything. They made up excuse after excuse..meetings, family emergency... Then just no reply. They wasted my time, don't let them waste yours! Find someone else. read more

__________ Springtree came recommended. We called and had a very good experience. We needed a new roof and other items due to a severe hail storm. We were going to work in phases...we only contracted for phase 1 Roof. Although we would have contracted for much more if we could have gotten a quote. They had what seemed to be a good crew that came out an worked 2 days straight. Seems like quality work and materials. I'm very happy with my roof. We did have an issue with one of the workers falling through the ceiling. He was thankfully ok and all we had was a hole in one of the bedrooms. Roof was completed over a week 1/2 ago. We still have a few items outstanding. The bedroom is still being made whole. Phase 2 was supposed to be ceiling repair due to water damage and whatnot. They wanted to patch and roll the full repair (at their cost) into the next phase...but it would be at least 30 days out. I paid a significant sum of money prior to full completion. Probably not the best idea. I trust that they will complete the work...but now that they are mostly completed with what we contracted for...I do not feel they will engage for the other work we discussed. I've asked with no response. That's fine. I understand that roofing is their bread and butter and right now there is a lot to go around in this area. Perhaps more work than they know how to handle. The other critique I would give is that they could communicate better. I have initiated every conversation and commitment from them. When will the roof repair get started, when will painters be at the house to complete work? etc...If I didn't start these conversations I don't know that I would have a new roof at this point. Provide more details pertaining to the project and timelines. if something is going to take 2 days and requires 2-3 days in between for some reason...say it...otherwise when you send someone to do something the expectation is that it will take one day. I guess project management and communication are the key words here. Am I satisfied...yes. they have done what we contracted for very well...however I feel like there was an expectation and personal investment of more, which isn't going to be delivered on, that's disappointing. read more

Last spring we had a quick hail storm which caused our roof to be completely totaled. I was bombarded with many companies wanting to win the business and repair my roof. Springtree Restoration was recommended to me by a friend, who also needed her roof repaired. I met AJ and was instantly impressed with his honesty and knowledge of the industry. Did you know anyone in Texas can repair your roof? Texas doesn't require companies to be licensed to make roof repairs. Also, he was completely professional and one of the only companies that gave me a typed proposal with a breakdown of all services. Nothing was padded in the proposal. I wasn't ready to decide right away and he was very understanding and patient with me. The cost of a roof repair is very expensive and it was a major investment. After several other companies came and tried to win the business, I realized that AJ and Springtree were the only ones that I really felt the most comfortable with. It mattered to me that he and the company were local business owners and knew what they were doing. Once they begun, the workers were efficient and respectful of me and my property. They barley made any mess, worked in the hot sun, and took their time to make sure it was done correctly and to my liking. What impressed me the most was that AJ was here everyday several times a day to be sure things were being done correctly. He also helped me understand about different materials, and how they put the shingles on the roof. I am not an easy customer. AJ and his crew never seemed bothered by me and all my questions and changes. My roof looks AMAZING! I would recommend this company for so many reasons especially because they did everything I asked, made sure everything was clean and I was satisfied with the work. Springtree knows what they are doing, and is very honest in his pricing. They exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a great, trustworthy and honest company, choose Springtree Restoration. I am new to the area and had not experienced the wrath of a Texas hail storm. The weekend after the storm, I was hit up by all sorts of people in pick up trucks who seemed like they had suddenly gotten into the roofing business. Later, I came across Jason of Springtree. I had read a few things online to see what not to do when choosing a roofer. Jason had all the materials up front; explanations, insurance, how to sheets, the works. I am glad I chose them. Everyone around me had their roof replaced none of my neighbors had crews that worked as fast or did as good of a job on keeping the roof debri out of the yard. Springtree put lots of tarps down and were very careful. My neighbors had crews that threw junk all over the yard and in bushes, and the other crews were not tied in while on the steep pitch of the roof. Good people still exist! We had a leak in our ceiling and were leaving town in two days for six months. We called Springtree and Marty called us back the same evening then met us at the house the next morning. When we arrived he was already on the roof checking out the situation. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very supportive and accommodating. He left to get the supplies he needed and made the repair the same day. We were so relieved to be able to leave knowing that the roof was repaired. read more

I had a leak in the attic, thought it was coming from the roof, but it was actually coming from water pipes connected to the hot water heater. Springtree Restoration came out to take a look. Jaime was the technician who came out. So appreciative of his attention to detail and quality service and professionalism. He found the leak that others could not. I had another roofing company and electrician and plumber inspect for it but they incorrectly felt it was a roof issue. Jaime nailed it and didn't charge for his time or inspection work. He also got on top of the roof to look around for any other issues. I rarely write reviews (trust me) but his work was top notch, so this is the company I will be calling in the future when I have a roofing issue. Exceptional job by Jon Dunn and his crew on our home recently. We used Springtree for our roof replacement from the June 2019 microburst and painting the exterior of our home. The work crew was on point -- diligent, fast, thorough in their clean-up, and very nice. Jon was a great project manager. Fielded our questions with great patience, worked with us on a budget, gave honest feedback, quick to let us know updates and timeline, and has a wonderful, hospitable demeanor. While we don't anticipate painting our homes exterior in the future, and Lord-willing having to replace our roof either, if either occasion arises, our first call will be to Jon and Springtree! read more

Beware!!! Do not hired Springtree Restoration for any home renovation. They claimed to be in the restoration business instead they will destroy your home, will not take out the appropriate permits, will do shoddy work, and they will lie to their insurance company about the damage they have done to your home.
