Texas Best got my business because they were the…read morefirst company to respond to my request for a quote to stain our fence and garage doors AND they were reasonably priced...which is more than I can say about their competitors, some of whom never even showed up for the appointment to provide a quote. But I digress... I was initially told that they were 4-6 weeks behind schedule due to the excessive rain we had this past Spring which was completely understandable. After all, Texas weather can be extreme and unpredictable. As it turns out they were actually further behind than that, although it didn't come as a surprise, nor was it an issue for me. Eventually the job was completed and it was worth the wait. Our fence and garage doors look fantastic! The only reason they fell short of receiving 5 stars was because the communication could have been better. Once the proposal was signed weeks turned into months where I heard nothing from them.
