It was incredibly smooth and easy on our end, which we really appreciated. Shoutout as well to the project managers, Paul and Robert. They were both fantastic. Communication was clear and consistent, and everything moved along without any issues. The whole team was great. After the big hailstorm in our area, we had what felt like 100 roofing companies knocking on our door. I'm so glad our insurance agent referred us to Peak. These guys are the real deal.

I've used Peak Roofing now for a couple of commercial roof leak repairs and the tech I've been…read moreworking with, Charlie, is a rock star. When I got multiple quotes for roof repairs he was the most attentive, the most thorough, and Peak had very reasonable pricing. Not the lowest, but paired with the thorough report and warranty on the work, you know that they're not just trying to do a sloppy job. Finding great help for commercial properties is pretty challenging these days. The report and photos I received as part of the estimate process definitely helped me to make decisions with more confidence in a situation where I'm unlikely to actually put eyes on the problems myself. And Charlie sent more info during the job along with additional photos and observations. Definitely recommend for reliable repairs!

It was a very reasonable cost (two other quotes I got were significantly more). My discussion with him indicated he clearly understood what I wanted and issues with changing the color. In a couple of weeks, his guys came out and pressure washed everything. We then had to wait a couple more weeks due to weather. Three guys came out on Monday and completed the masking and started painting - they used a combination of spray, roller and brush - two coats to cover the dark brown. They completed the job in a day and a half. The guys worked hard, were easy to talk to, and did a couple of minor things at my request. My wife and I are very pleased with the final product. Would highly recommend Rock Painting and Gutters - Good Communication, Good Price, easy to talk to, met commitments, resulting in an EXCELLENT JOB.

I wanted to support a veteran-owned business, which honestly made this experience even more…read moredisappointing. I had my gutters installed previously by the original builder for around $1,300. This company quoted me approximately $3,000 for what was essentially the same type of job -- more than double the price. I completely understand that businesses have overhead and prices change, but there's a difference between charging a fair price and simply being wildly overpriced. A quote of $3,000 for a job I previously paid $1,300 for was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because I genuinely wanted to support a veteran-owned company. I just can't justify paying more than twice what the same work has cost me before. Being veteran-owned is something I'm happy to support, but it shouldn't be used as a reason for customers to overlook an unreasonable price. Shop around and get multiple quotes before committing. I'm glad I did.

Keith Caballero helped me understand what was needed to best suit my needs, provided an estimate outlining what we talked about, and provided a fair price. Note; they will not service existing gutters, they will tear out any existing gutters and replace, probably for the better. Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Do not be concerned with Zelle-ing the owner directly.

They did a thorough assessment, clearly communicated what needed to be done, and provided a fixed quote. There were no B.S. upselling tricks.
