I recently bought a home and the previous homeowners and I had different tastes in landscaping…read more With Spring and Summer nearing and knowing that I would have friends over, I wanted to remove the old landscaping so that I could have room for something more to my liking. I jumped on my trusty Yelp app and used the request a quote option. Within MINUTES I had a response, and within the hour he set up a time to come out and check it out the next morning. An aside: the Yelp request a quote app was EASY! I could even upload pics. When the gentleman came out to quote me he was as kind as could be. Mask, distance, the whole bit. Perfect. He gave me a reasonable quote, and told me that he could come out within a couple of days - providing an exact time and stating that he would call me if his job before mine ended sooner. The communication was great the whole time. We spoke mid weekend and the day before he cameout. When I asked him what payment he preferred, I was provided viable options (including Zele). He came in the morning in the timeframe stated (between 9:30 and 10:30 AM) and the job took about 4 hours. When they arrived my partner asked for them to remove 2 more bushes, and they agreed for just a little more (and not a complaint!). I am very pleased with the outcome. They were careful around the infrastructure, sprinkler lines and the plants that I did want to keep. I cannot say enough for the kindness they exhibited, and how happy I am with the excavation job. My new place has many a tree, so I know that I will be giving them a call again in the near future! Did I mention - they more responsive than any others within my area! A BIG plus!
